Top 10 Time Management Tips - How To Manage Time Effectively!

In fact, productive use of time is about self-control. In fact, you cannot "control" time because there are 24 hours in a day. An hour in 60 minutes and 60 seconds in a moment - and that will never change. Yet, you can control where and how you put your energy and take steps to reduce or drop time killers. Here are ten immortal approaches to taking charge of your schedule each day to make use of the time you have.

1) Set Priority Goals:

Without goals, you may find that you will generally pursue. That seems generally critical or is looking straight at you. Not doing glossy articles is extreme. To prevent this, sort through your actual needs in daily life. And work towards them by setting goals. Or desired results year after month, month after month, week after week, and day after day. Rate each one using the attached structure:

Significance: (A = high, B = medium, C = low)

 Sharpness: (1 = high, 2 = medium, 3 = low)

Work on the most important and meaningful tasks. Tasks (A1) at the beginning, and then continue working on your summary.

2) Follow the 80/20 Rule:

The 80/20 Rule, also known as the Pareto Principle, states that 80 percent of your results come from 20 percent of your actions. It's a way to see how much time you've spent and prioritize the tasks you choose versus your most important goals. Are you focusing on 20 percent of the actions that bring 80 percent of the results you want?

3) Learn to say no:

While being a team player is great, it is also important to know when and how to be persistent and let people know that you cannot meet their needs right now if it interferes with achieving your goals. Understand when and how to persist, and tell people that you cannot solve their problems at present if it interferes with your goals.

4) Overcome procrastination with a 4D system:

Remove this: what are the consequences of not completing the assignment? Consider the 80/20 rule; maybe it doesn't need to be done at all.

Delegate it: If the task is important, ask yourself if this is really what you are primarily responsible for. Can I transfer the assignment to someone else?

Do it now: Putting off an important task that needs to be done only makes you feel anxious and stressed. Do this as early as possible in the early evening.

Postpone: If the task cannot be completed quickly and has a high priority, simply postpone it.

5) Eat a frog:

To quote Brian Tracy from his Eat That Frog book:

"If the first thing you do every day is to eat a live frog, you can live the day with a sense of satisfaction, knowing that this is probably the most noticeable terrible thing that can happen to you all day."

Your day-to-day frogs are activities that will greatly affect the achievement of your goals and are usually tasks that you are likely to start putting off.

6) Reduce the number of appointments:

Poorly organized meetings are a waste of time multiplied by the number of people in the meeting. Make sure you have an agenda and that you're not just going to meet.

7) Glass jar: stones, pebbles, sand:

Classify your work this way:

Rocks: Your Most Important Strategic Projects

Pebbles: projects and tasks that are important but not the most important.

 Sand: small, more minor tasks

Grab the stones first. If you continue to deal with small things (sand and pebbles) and not important strategic items, stones, then your bank will quickly fill up, and there will be no more room for stones.

8) Eliminate electronic waste of time:

Everyone has certain distractions that distract them and distract them from their work. Your Facebook? Twitter? Checking your email? Are you constantly in touch with friends and family? Stop checking them out so often and start grouping these activities. Set the time, then check and deal with everyone at once. Give yourself 30 minutes and then return to the task.

9) be organized:

To effectively manage your time and be productive every day, you need to create the right environment. Eliminate unnecessary clutter, set up an efficient file system, locate all the frequently needed work items nearby, and use workflow management tools to help you create a productive environment.

10) take care of your health:

A good night's sleep, a healthy diet, and exercise will give you the energy, focus, and stamina you need to get the most out of your day. It may seem like work is more important, and you can always catch up, sleep, eat, and exercise later. However, if you lose your health, you will not work or do anything else, so do not skimp on personal care.
