Top 10 reasons for weight gain in females.

Today I came up with the topic,  which is very important and informative.  I will tell you about some reasons of obesity in females.  

When we think about our obesity, we only concentrate on our food and exercise.  But sometimes the  situation is different. Some internal problems of body results in obesity.  

So friends, today I will tell you about ten important internal body issues, due to which obesity found. 

Stress: 

 Stress is one of the most important factor which causes sudden weight gain in female. Because of stress, cortisol hormone secrets in our body which increases appetite and due to that weight increases. 

Thyroid  imbalance: 

Thyroid plays an important role in growth and metabolism. When thyroid gland reduces production of thyroid hormone, which means T3  and  T4,   results in hypothyroidism. In hypothyroidism, metabolism slows down and there will be  a weight gain. 

Polycystic ovary syndrome: pcs 

 In females, PCs happens due to hormonal disorder. Ovary increases the secretion of male hormone,  because of that not only periods get escapes or become irregular but also, these women have problem of being pregnant.  They suffer from, increasing weight,  hair loss,  hair thinning,  acne, dark patches around neck and armpit etc. 

Kidney diseases: 

One of the reason of weight gain can be a kidney problem. Kidney helps in excretion of waste and fluid.  When kidney does not perform its function accurately, then fluid retention increases in our body. Stored in different  parts  of our body.  Due to this, weight increases. 

 

Kidney diseases in obesity

Less sleep: 

 Sleep modulates glucose metabolism and neuroendocrine function. Less sleep decreases insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance,  and also decreases leptin. Because of that, appetite increases. Results in weight gain. 

Diabetes treatment: 

The people,  who take insulin to maintain blood sugar level,  suffer from weight gain. When you are getting diabetes treatment, then you should take precautions suggested by your physician. 
 

Digestive problems: 

Weight  is also increased due to digestive problems.  Digestive problems happen due to eating unhealthy food,  alcohol consumption,  less quantity of good bacteria in gut, over eating, and less drinking  of water. 

Menopause: 

 Because of menopause, (means periods stops after 45 age)  estrogen level decreases. So, metabolic rate also decreases in our body. And our body are not kindly utilizing of starch and sugar for energy, and it is directly stored in the form of fat in mid body region. 

Gene: 

  Our gene is also related with weight again. In those families,  which  show obesity problems,  from one generation to another generation,  there is a big possibility of weight gain.

Salt: 

When we use excess of salt in our daily  food  or diet, there is a high possibility of weight gain. Because of salt, water retention increases in our body results in weight gain. So friends, eat less salt  and  stay healthy. 
In ovarian cancer, there will be  obesity. In this,  stomach ache, sleeplessness, diarrhea, etc. symptoms found.
