After the corona epidemic that lasted for almost two years, people now realize that we need to pay attention to the body. 1. Drinking plastic bottled water

Plastic bottles

Along with food, our body also needs water.‌
People think that the plastic bottle sold in the market is more suitable for drinking water because it looks pure and clear. But this is a wrong concept: the water sold in plastic bottles is clean and clear to see, but it is not necessary to be pure. The water which is sold in the market as mineral water does not contain minerals. Because to keep the water very clean, companies reduce the amount of TDS, which destroys the minerals like calcium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus present in the water. And the second thing is that the water bottle has to face sunlight and heat, due to which the chemical present in the plastic dissolves in the water, and drinking this water harms our kidneys.
Therefore, we should not drink this type of plastic bottled water for a long time; as far as possible, try to drink only clean tap water.
