Starting another decade there are new goals for working one's life, including a better way of life. The following are 20 effective tips to help you achieve a healthier life by 2020.

 1. Eat a healthy diet

 Eat a mixture of a variety of foods including natural products, vegetables, legumes, nuts and whole grains. Adults should consume at least five parts (400g) of ground products each day. You can work on your reception of leafy foods by always remembering vegetables in your dinner; eating new ground products such as tidbits; consuming assortment of ground products; and pride in time. By getting used to good eating habits, you will reduce your risk of ill health and non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke and cancer.

 2. Eat less salt and sugar

 Filipinos consume twice the recommended amount of sodium, which puts them at risk for high blood pressure, thus increasing the risk of heart disease and stroke. Most people get sodium in salt. Reduce your salt intake to 5g per day, equivalent to one teaspoon. It is easy to do this by limiting the amount of salt, soy sauce, fish sauce and other sodium toppings while planning dinner; removing salt, flavors and fixing on your banquet table; to avoid harsh words; and picking products with low sodium.

 On the other hand, consuming unnecessary sugar levels increases the risk of tooth decay and unwanted weight. For adults and two children, free sugar intake should be reduced to less than 10% of total energy expenditure. This is about 50g or about 12 teaspoons for an adult. The WHO raises the temperature below 5% of total energy expenditure for additional medical benefits. You can reduce your sugar intake by limiting the use of sweet bites, confections and refined sugary drinks.

 3. Reduce the intake of unsafe fats

 Burnt fat should be less than 30% of your total energy expenditure. This will help prevent unwanted obesity and NCDs. There are different types of fats, however refined fats are much better than immersed fats and trans-fats. The WHO determines the reduction of immersed fats to less than 10% of total available energy; reducing trans-fats fat to less than 1% of total energy intake; and instead of both immersed fats and trans-fats there are unsaturated fats.

 Suitable unsaturated fats are found in fish, avocados and nuts, and in sunflower, soybeans, canola and olive oil; immersed oils found in fatty meats, margarine, palm and coconut oil, cream, cheddar, ghee and oil; and trans-fats found in processed and processed foods, as well as in pre-packaged foods and food sources, such as frozen pizza, delicacies, bread rolls, and cooking oil and leftovers.

 4. Do not consume alcohol

 There is no safe level of alcohol consumption. Alcohol burns can cause health conditions such as mental and social problems, including alcohol dependence, major NCDs such as cirrhosis of the liver, a few tumors and heart disease, just as injuries occur due to cruelty and road conflicts and collisions.

 5. Stay away from smoking gutka tobacco

 If you are currently a smoker, it is not too late to quit. If you do, you will experience immediate and long-term medical benefits. If you think you don't smoke, that's amazing! Try not to start smoking and fight for your right to smoke without the smell of smoke.

 6. Engage in practical activity

 Physical activity seems to be any real improvement caused by skeletal muscles that require the use of energy. This includes exercise and exercise that are accepted while working, playing, completing family activities, traveling, and participating in sports. The amount of real work you want depends on your age but mature adults 18-64 years should do at least 150 minutes of active moderate activity.  10. Make a plan!

Achieving more work for you may seem overwhelming, however, sticking to a schedule will help you to feel less focused but instead more organized which can work in your application and greater success.
