1.Rogan Josh

2.Vada Pav
This one is my favorite; when I visit India, I must eat vada pav. It is street food and is sold in restaurants across India and the rest of the world today, Vada Pav. The Vada refers to a deep-fried potato fritter placed between two pieces of bread, i.e., the pav. Due to the identification of the dish's resemblance to a sandwich or a burger, it is commonly known as the Bombay burger. Must try. You surely love it.
3.Dhokla
This is also my favorite from the top 10s.this is generally made in Gujarat all-around from the locality. Dhoklas are made with fermented batter and rice and can be eaten for virtually any course. Dhoklas are eaten in India as side dishes, mainly in breakfast and snacks at parties and weddings. Dhoklas are best served with green sauce, and red tomato ketchup and are usually yellow in color. must try it an unbelievable taste; now my mouth starts starving.
4.Matar Paneer
In Hindi, Matar is called peas, and Paneer refers to fresh cheese made in India, one of the main ingredients in this dish. Matar Paneer is a North Indian dish, consists of peas and paneer cooked in a mild tomato sauce like the Butter Chicken, except Matar Paneer is seasoned with Garam Masala, a blend of ground spices. Matar Paneer is traditionally served with Indian bread such as naan or paratha; it is also eaten with rice.
5.Tandoori Chicken
nonveg people always love this dish. Tandoori chicken is a North Indian dish that may have been around back. It derives its name from the vessel it's cooked in, known as a Tandoor Oven. It is a cylindrical-shaped oven that is cooked by burning wood or charcoal. The Tandoor Oven is made of clay or metal and gives the best taste to its meals.
6.Masala Chai
another one my favorite is masala chai. It is a type of tea. One of the most traditional Indian foods is Masala Chai. Masala Chai differs from British or American teas. Masala Chai is made with fresh tea leaves available in groceries derived from the tea plantations from Assam or West Bengal. The black tea leaves are then steeped in hot water and mixed with ginger and cardamom seeds to hint of spiciness. Following the process, milk is added, and it is served hot and fresh. now it is a mood to make.;)
7.Samosa
Next up on the list is samosas. Samosa is different in size, shape, and fillings based on the region but has the same basics no matter where they are found. Samosas are basically Indian calzones. Their outer features are crispily deep-fried and are filled with mainly this vegetables such as potatoes and pea. Samosas are served with sauces such as mint sauce, tamarind sauce, and a spicy green sauce called chutney in India. Samosas are mainly found in India but are now available in the Middle East also.

The next 8 food is best Indian foods is a broad category of street foods known as chaat. Chaat in India is typically sold from makeshift stands on the sides of streets and is a popular snack for all sorts of people ranging from children to workers to elders. Among the most popular types of chaats are Bhel Puri, Pani Puri, and Samosa Chaat. Chat is the only food found everywhere in India. You can't imagine that.
9.Dal Tadka
Dal Tadka is a trendy Indian dish that has garnered domestic fame and international fame. Dal Tadka was originally made with burnt charcoal to give it a smoky flavor, making his name all over the world. Making Dal Tadka is a simple process that involves steaming the dal and then make tadka with traditional Indian spices such as cumin, garlic, and ghee. Yummy!!!
