TOP 10 FASTEST CARS

When it comes to speed, nothing beats a supercar. While most people are used to driving slow cars around town and parking in one place, their friends enjoy speeds past 200 MPH. So is this possible? Yes, yes, it absolutely can. Today, we will look at ten of the fastest cars in the world.

1) Ferrari F40: 0-60 mph: 3.7 seconds.

The 6.5-liter V12 has been discontinued since 2010 and replaced by an 8.0-liter twin-turbocharged engine that produces 522 horsepower (the same as the current-generation model). This car was made famous by its appearance in "Top Gun"; the plane pilot Tom Cruise has said he could accelerate from a standstill to 60 mph in under three seconds.

2) Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300e: 0-62 mph: 2.8 minutes.

The only reason to buy this monster is if you want to be cool with your money. That's because the supercar maker claims it will cruise at 180 MPH. The first thing I noticed about this vehicle was how fast it goes when driven on long straight stretches. But what catches my eye is how quickly I got to 50 MPG (60% charge) without too much resistance. Of course, there are other advantages...such as the use of active suspension control that enables the driver to shift off the pedal. Oh, and did you know that the top speed for these vehicles is claimed to reach 155 MPH?

3) Königsberg CCR Evita (C): 0-62 mph: 4.2 minute.

The name itself says it all: It is very hard to beat. You'll find some folks trying with another brand - or even different brands - to see how hard they can go...and unfortunately, the results have been bad. If I had to choose between them two, the CCR would take home the honor of being named faster than any other entry in the history. I don't believe anyone will ever see them hit 60mph again.

4) Aston Martin Valkyrie Speed tail: 0-60 mph: 1 hour 13 minutes.

The new version is said to be more than twice as powerful and capable as the previous two Aston Martins. This means that drivers will be able to cross the finish line in less than one hour and 13 minutes and can do so with ease.

5) Porsche Taycan Turbo S: 0-62 mph: Less than an hour.

The final choice for today. And even though everyone else is taking longer than 1 hour, nobody is going to be willing to sacrifice performance for safety. After all, who is going to drive those engines through such a bumpy road tunnel? Well, maybe not, but still something worth considering. Even though the cost to purchase the new edition is $2,075 rather than that of a regular Turbo S, it seems like a worthwhile investment. No matter how fast it travels, it won't break a sweat.

6) McLaren SLT: 0-62 mph: 90s.

If I had to pick, then you would have to be pretty specific and say why I should care about this one for it to win. Luckily, there has never been anything quite like it. A combination of power and speed that made me feel like I was in front of the grandstands. However, you still have to keep things simple and get rid of any unnecessary distractions. As far as speed goes, we can count down from 100 MPH to 0. Not sure.

7) Lamborghini Urus EVO 250R: 0-62 mph : 59s

Yes, that's right. We're talking about four years old. Now the question is what does happen to the number after 70.5 MPH? That's also interesting: Would that have changed our minds? Probably not, because we know how close they were to break it. What I am saying is that I am more interested in the story behind this speed machine. This kind of track would probably have forced us to be closer to 100 MPH by now....so let's leave everyone guessing!

8) Maserati MC14 BC Spider: 0-60 mph: 15mins

This is an amazing car on paper. With its incredible technology, it makes every single person and company that plans on taking advantage of it think twice. Why so many people were impressed...and the ones who thought it was ridiculous...I mean, seriously? That's just mind-blowing. At least someone thought their idea was crazy. Like you said before, in my opinion, no one would ever drive this car the way I will be able to see in real life.

9) Porshe Evoque GT: 0-60 mph: 56 hours

We haven't even gotten to the point where this hypercar turns green yet or something, but let me tell you, a lot of people haven't believed in this idea. They just laughed. However, we've already seen some insane videos of this beast, and the best part is that it's only costing half as much as a normal sports car does! Maybe it's time to change minds. There are pros and cons to everything - including these things - but I believe we've made up our minds to look elsewhere.

10) Audi e-Tron: 0-60 mph: 51 minutes

While it may not be exactly the quickest car out there, it makes up for it with its impressive looks (and price tag). Most will agree that this beauty will certainly make a great partner for racing. But is it enough? Are they trying to make it into the Guinness Book of World Records? Who knows, but as of right now, it won't set any records. And I believe that this means that Audi wants to build the fastest possible car first.

So there you have it. These are the fastest speed machines - with some bumps along the way - av
