The world has been fighting a pandemic for almost 2 years now, with almost 200 million cases worldwide and a total of over 4 million deaths, and there has been advancement in the production of vaccines worldwide. But, a few countries were not able to control the spread quite well compared to other countries.
This uncontrolled spread may be due to a lack of following guidelines or just the countries over-popularity.
The pandemic had begun from the spread of covid 19 or the coronavirus from China in 2019, with the virus spreading across the world within a matter of months.
The cases and the strength of the virus had decreased until the second wave hit harder some controls have even predicted the income of the third wave.
The only way to end this pandemic is by following the guidelines put down by WHO, which includes maintaining proper social distancing and self-hygiene and sanitation. Also, the use of masks in public.

10) Spain
Spain had about 4.6 million cases since the beginning of the pandemic and over 82 thousand deaths.
9) Columbia
Columbia had a slightly higher number of cases than Spain, with 4.8 million cases, and the deaths were above 120 thousand.
8) Argentina
Argentina is the country to cross the 5 million mark, but the deaths compared to Columbia are low; this shows the medical supremacy of Argentina. Argentina had more than 108 thousand deaths.

Turkey had over 6 million cases, but the deaths in turkey are lower than all of the top 10 countries mentioned in this article. With turkey having only 52 thousand deaths

The top three countries, compared to the others, are very devastating. Brazil having cases recorded above 20 million and deaths crossing 567 thousand.

The United States has recorded the most cases and deaths, leading the top in the list of countries with cases recorded above 37 million and deaths almost 637 thousand.
These are the top countries that couldn't cope with the pandemic quite well, leading to the uncontrollable rise in cases and deaths due to the virus. Other countries could cope with the rise of cases due to the countries' capabilities or the less population per sq kilometer.
The most devastating countries are the USA, India, and Brazil, all recording over 20 million cases.
