A left-handed batter, he knows exactly how to exploit the weaknesses of opponents through disciplined execution and impeccable timing. It is undeniable that he is one of the most dangerous talents in the game today, especially concerning swing and seam. However, that does not mean that he is automatically going to make a spot on this list. While he has proven to be extremely accurate with the bat, it is clear that his prowess on the bowler's end to does not go unnoticed. We cannot dismiss the fact that he needs to develop a bit more discipline on the field before we decide to put him where we intended him to be.
7. Suryakumar Yadav
Surya-Viren Singh has become one of the most popular names in white ball cricket, thanks to his skills on the field, but it is also without question that his exploits off the field deserve recognition, too. Having won five IPL trophies with the Chennai Super Kings, this lad is surely one of the best T20 bowlers to have graced the scene in recent years. But it would not be wrong to state that he also plays all around the park, being a useful medium in every format of the game.
8. David Warner
The son of Shane Warne, this man played alongside the latter in Australia’s 2003 World Cup triumph when he was picked as the third fast bowler in the squad. Though he has continued to play in domestic first-class cricket, the likes of New Zealand have always tried and proved that he could flourish at the highest levels.
