There are numerous behaviors that we are aware are unhealthy for us, but there are more that we are unaware are negative but are harmful to our body. We've compiled a list of 10 such behaviors that are wreaking havoc on our health. You must cease following them immediately and live a more positive, healthier, and happier life.
1. Not Having Enough Sleep
Almost everyone believes that if we can get through the day on the fewest number of hours of sleep possible, we will be fine. Many people stay up late even if they have a job the next day. During the time of exams, many students stay up until the wee hours of the morning. We believe everything is good until we see no tangible consequences of our behavior. But this is not the case. If you sleep for less than six hours every night for an extended period of time, your immunity and other biological systems are likely to suffer. When your immunity is low, your body's ability to generate germ fighters is reduced, making you more susceptible to infections and disorders. Your body's capacity to fend them off is also harmed. As a result, it is recommended that one sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours every day.

2. Being negative
According to the law of attraction, Positive thoughts will bring positive outcomes and negative thoughts will bring negative outcomes. One should always think of positive results and focus on their aim in order to follow the law of attraction. One should never be concerned about the fact that they are lonely, have no friends, have numerous issues in their lives, and so on. As a result, you feel emotionally upset, and stress has physical consequences since well, as it can be an obstacle for your life.

3. Using Head/Ear Phones for Long Periods
Many of us have a tendency to constantly put in our headphones for long periods of time, whether we are working out, working, or studying. This is a dangerous habit that can lead to hearing loss in the long term. Make sure you don't spend hours with your headphones plugged in, and keep the volume audible but not loud, as this is the biggest issue.

4. Carrying Heavy Bags
We like to have anything we might need in our suitcases right next to us. We don't want to overlook anything that could be desperately required at any time in our lives, from medications to scent oils. But we must remember that we must never do so at the expense of our health. When we carry a large bag about with us, we put a strain on our shoulders and back. We become more prone to long-term concerns such as neck and back discomfort, as well as postural problems. So, avoid doing that and limit your pack to a few essentials.

5. Sleeping Without Removing the Makeup
Many times, ladies return home exhausted and ready to sleep. Many people do this without first removing their makeup. This practice is harmful to the skin since it can result in blocked pores, spots, and congested skin. Not removing eye makeup is much worse because eyes are more sensitive, and powerful cosmetics can even cause vision loss if left on.

6. Smoking
We all know that smoking kills, but do smokers seem to care? Not at all. Even if you are not a chain smoker and simply smoke one cigarette a day, you might still induce blood clots. Impeding a smooth flow of blood can lead to the formation of plaques in the arteries. Besides, one puff of cigarettes contains more than 10 billion harmful particles for your health. It will not only harm your health but also, have a bad impact on the individual who lives with you.

7. Skipping Breakfast
The adage that you should eat your breakfast like a king has some merit. Breakfast is the most essential meal of the day. If you skip a proper one, it will have a damaging effect on your metabolism and energy reserves. A healthy breakfast has a balance of carbs, proteins, and fats.

8. Eating Junk Food Often
We all know that junk food is terrible for our health, but we still consume it. Your body is at risk if you gorge on junk food every day, or even twice a week. Fast food has a lot of sugar, preservatives, fat, and spices. If you eat junk food on a regular basis, you are more likely to develop diabetes, high cholesterol, heart difficulties, and other health issues. Junk food has also been linked to artery hardening and an increase in plaque deposits in the body. As a result, you must quit eating junk and transition to a nutritious diet that will not produce such difficulties.

9. Staying on Unhealthy Relationship
If you believe that your relationship is denying you your fair share of love and pleasure, it is advisable to end it. When you stay in a relationship that isn't as gratifying as you expect, you're doing more harm to your health than you realize. It produces stress, which may have a variety of negative effects on your health, including reduced immunity and high blood pressure.

10. Relying on Medicine too Much
We are a pill-popping generation, with bankers leading the way, as they rely on a painkiller every day to alleviate work-related headaches. But we must quit immediately since taking medicines on a regular basis is harmful to our health. If OTCs are taken too regularly, they may cause negative effects. Furthermore, long-term tablet use might permanently harm your kidney.
