As long as the Law of Attraction only contains the word 'I DON'T WANT', you are limited in editing this text over and over again. We have to offer a NEW Attraction Act to work on.
What do you really want in your relationship? Security? Love? Integrity? Friendship? Communication? This?
Wondering why you keep attracting certain people into your life?
Tired of feeling embarrassed ‘in love?
Have you ever been ‘blinded’ by someone you thought was a friend?
Do you long to find that special someone you can live with forever?
Here are three steps you can take to begin the process of preparation for mediation.
Step 1: Make a complete listing of all aspects of your previous relationship that you do NOT want to have. You can use T-toolTM for this task or take a new sheet of paper and draw a large ‘T’ on it.
Label the left-hand column: I don’t want to’ and the right-hand column, ‘I want’.
Ask your Inner Self to remind you of past events YOU DON'T want to repeat.
Write a few words for each event that reflects the essence of that event.
Step 2: Check each item on the ‘I DON’T…’ side and ask yourself the question: “If I don’t want this, WHAT DO I WANT?”
One major reason why we continue to attract the same unsatisfactory relationships is because we fail to use the differences contained in those negative events to clarify what we want.
Step 3: Write a note of what you want your relationship to be like:
As long as the Law of Attraction has a 'I don't want' script, we are bound to edit that script over and over again. We have to offer a NEW Attraction Act to work on.
Scripting reaches all four parts of the brain.
The left brain facing words and the mind;
Proper mind that understands patterns and symbols;
The central nervous system; and
A brain stem that registers physical stimulation.
When we write a text, we start with the word: “If I had my way…”, and then use our imagination for what we feel is good for us, we reach our right and middle mind. An idea or feeling comes and we translate it into words (using the left brain) that symbolize a thought or feeling (right brain too). Writing a script involves the body, which registers at the base of the brain.
When all four parts of the brain are involved, a powerful message is delivered to the Universe.
I would like to conclude my writings with the words, “And do it in ways that are most beneficial and beneficial to everyone involved.” This is a sentence that helps me stop saying ‘HOW’ all of this will happen, and allows the Law of Attraction to do it in the best possible way.
Remember, the Law of Attraction brings us exactly what we are shaking. So if we want to experience the most satisfying relationships, we have to change our dominant vibrations to match the emotions we WANT to have.
