There are hundreds of articles present on the internet on how to create a study plan? But today I am going to tell you about my ways of effective study plan and ways to implement and follow it.
First of all, you need to understand that there is no perfect study plan ever. What you need to do is stick with whatever you plan. Creating a study plan is not a big deal but following it definitely is.
I made a simple yet difficult to maintain study plan. First let’s see a few methods for making an effective study plan :--
1. Evaluate you daily schedule — Analyze what tasks you have in a day including all daily lifestyle activities. Include all our unwanted work too.
2. List out your goals— Make a note of your chapter or subject goals. This will help you remember your work.
3. Prioritize your tasks— Give rank to every task. This will help you follow your plan accordingly. Without priorities nothing can be done in a proper way.
4. Make small to-do list— Huge to-do can give us headache. Even before starting our studies we take tension and then end up not studying anything.
5. Add more than two subject daily in the plan— Adding more subjects cannot make you bore. You will have interest in studying.
6. Draw up your upcoming exams or tests— Knowing about your upcoming exams can help you plan effectively.
7. Colourful notes— It makes your mind creative and this will attract your mind more towards your studies.
The main thing is to follow these which is quite hard sometimes. At first, we are very motivated and we follow this with dedication but day by day the dedication fades away and we get back to the same so-called laziness and then again after a few days we make a new plan and this continues.
So, today I am going to tell you some steps to stick to a study plan. It follows as:--
1. Take short naps-- This helps you to boost your energy and let go the sleep. It keeps our mind active.
2. Study in crunches-- Sitting for long continuous hours can be tiring. So, sit for One hour and then get up, roam about, wash your face and then again sit back.
3. Stop studying for a bit-- Once you start feeling that again you are going in the laziness phase, stop studying immediately and have some rest. Then with fresh mind take a cup of coffee and sit back. This gap of not studying can go for days and that’s totally fine. It’s okay not to study sometimes.
4. Give time to hobbies-- Whenever you don’t want to study, just go and do something which you like may it be watching television. There is no problem in that.
5. Watch something for motivation-- People say that these videos will only help you for some time and that’s somewhat true but once you start watching and liking them, then it becomes like a fuel to your engine.
6. Keep your room clean-- Freshness in life gives positive vibe which calms your mind and that results in effective study time.
7. Keep yourself away from negative influence— It hampers your health and mental status.
Be free and happy. Follow these and see the results and also update me.
So, keep studying keep shining.
