There are more floors

Help for poverty raised the urge for cooperation______---_----                                          I am from India and my childhood was spent in extreme poverty. My father was relieved of the post of CA. There were 12 members in the family. Dad was often ill. The poverty was that sometimes we had to go to bed hungry. I wanted to study, but I did not have 20 rupees for intermediate studies. I sought help from many relatives. Though my relatives were very wealthy from us, but no one came to my aid in bad times. Then a friend of my father helped me, then I was able to read.That incident had a profound impact on my life and I was determined that if something could be made in life, I would never refuse help to any needy. After passing the intermediate, I started selling vegetables with a view to providing financial support to the house. But he did not earn so much that I could help others after taking care of the expenses of the house. One day an acquaintance of mine said to me, read and sell vegetables, why not do a job? I told him not to get a job. He helped me on this and I became a clerk in the University of Allahabad. A few days later I got a job as a Section Office ?? India High Court.By then I was in a position to help others. From 1972, I started helping needy students with fees like copy-book. Also started to help in the treatment of sick people. After this, weddings of girls from poor families started at their own expense. In this work, my wife, who was a teacher, supported me at every step. Many times it happens that my and wife's pension is spent in help. Since I was unable to bear any expenses like marriage of any girl alone, I started seeking help from other people of the society as well.After this, besides the representatives of the Allahabad High Court judges, officers, employees as well as many of my friends and businessmen started supporting me. As a result, I have married 104 poor family girls so far. I often noticed that birds thirsting with hunger often roamed around the houses, but flew back when nothing was found. I arranged for them food grains. Initially birds did not come on the roof, but when the grains of water started getting there every day. Hundreds of birds started coming. It has happened many times. That is, it was late to get food on the roof, but when it went up. So the birds were found waiting. The roof of the second floor of my house is for them only, where they get water and rice, millet, soaked wheat and pieces of bread all the time. I do this work myself, but in my absence it is handled by my daughters-in-law.I believe that helping each other in a society that is shrinking to its world is very important. I am healthy due to the happiness that I get by supporting others, the mind remains cheerful, I get good sleep at night. Living a life of comfort, what else is needed!__-- Kapil seghal
