'Education made other women. Encouraged to help/////____- I was married at the age of sixteen. After marriage, I moved with my husband from Bangalore's Palakkad district to Bengaluru, Karnataka. This was the tradition of our society. All my friends got married at an early age. Due to conservatism, we were not even allowed to study as much as it is necessary to raise our head and live. Our parents did not realize how important education is. He felt that getting the daughter married is a guarantee of her betterment. I was not even twenty years old that I had become a mother of two children. My life was going well and I had no complaints with anyone. But one day the husband died in an accident suddenly. All responsibility fell on me in one stroke. I went back to my maternal home. But there were many restrictions. My maternal grandfather wanted me to get married again while I thought about studying. But also had to earn for studies. In such a situation, I started working part time. Whatever money came, it would have gone to my books and fees. Still I did not give up. I would hear the pain of many widow women like me daily. But I kept teaching everyone to stand on their own feet. I wanted to be self-sufficient instead of becoming a burden on my parents. I wanted to do something for myself and my sons. So, I spoke on the phone to friends and acquaintances of my husband living in Bangalore and next bus to Bangalore with the youngest son on the promise of a new job. But after reaching there, I got a lesson from the next stage of life.I was standing at the Magistic bus stop in Bangalore. But the friends whose comfort and trust reached there, they did not think it appropriate to come to the bus stop or even pick up the phone. I lay there unbidden with my son who was feverish for two days. After this, a woman named Pati saw my condition and took shelter in her house. For the next eight months he took care of me and my son. He himself had a widowed daughter. After a lot of effort, I got a job in a call center. During my job, I completed my 12th standard through a correspondence course from Kerala. But because of the elder son, I had to return home. He was just three years old. After returning home, I got a receptionist job at a local hospital. While there, I enrolled in undergraduate literature (correspondence). But now I was troubled by the problems of those widowsThose who had neither education nor resources so that they could fight the miseries of life. I decided to help such widows. With one part of my salary, I initially spent about the education of five destitute children. With this, we used social media, so many more people came to my aid. With this amount I helped the widows and those families. Started, whose earners had come to bed forever after suffering an accident. Due to my efforts, hundreds of widowed women are standing on their feet, they are spending their money by doing small tasks. - NOTE _This incident has changed from another language to English. If there is a mistake in its pronunciation, our team apologizes for this.
