Zenfone 9 by Asus - 28 July

On July 28, Asus revealed the Zenfone 9, and the launch is currently underway.

This is another another slim 5.9-inch Android flagship phone that nevertheless has 120Hz AMOLED technology within. With RAM that can reach 16GB, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU is also no slouch, making it a portable powerhouse. The set is completed by a sizable battery and gimbal-stabilized camera.

August 1 HTC Desire 22 Pro

Unexpectedly, HTC is making a comeback to the smartphone market with the Desire 22 Pro, a mid-range device made for HTC's Vive VR headsets. And yes, it will be available in the UK; pre-orders are now being accepted, and sales will begin on August 1.

A mid-range phone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G engine, 8GB RAM, and 128GB of expandable storage is the Desire 22 Pro.

However, the Desire 22 Pro's innovative ability to mirror its screen to the Vive Flow headset may be the biggest reason to purchase it. The startup streams DRM-protected video from Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services using HDCP 2.2 and Miracast to wirelessly mirror your phone's screen on the headset.

Razr by Motorola - 2 August

Although we don't yet know if or when it will arrive in the UK, Motorola has revealed that it is working on an improved Razr foldable, which it will unveil in China on August 2.

The original Razr was followed by a 5G version, so this will be the third foldable Razr. We're looking for a more streamlined design and improved specs that will make it a true flagship rival to Samsung's offering.

2 August Motorola X30 Pro

Motorola will also introduce the X30 Pro, a device formerly known as the Motorola Frontier and confirmed to include a world-first camera, alongside the redesigned Razr.

The phone will include a remarkable 200Mp main camera, possibly using the Samsung ISOCELL HP1 sensor, and Motorola has already announced that it will be the first to do so.

Beyond that, anticipate a curved 144Hz OLED screen, a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, and quick 125W wired charging.

August 3, OnePlus 10T

The business is now developing a new flagship for this year, the 10T, which will debut on August 3rd, according to OnePlus.

The question of whether this was a brand-new OnePlus 10 Ultra or the long-lost OnePlus 10 was in dispute, but now the company has verified the 10T name and teased the phone to the press (including Tech Advisor) with containers of, well, tea. Nubia Red Magic 7S Pro – 9 August

The Red Magic 7S and 7S Pro gaming phones from Nubia were first introduced in China earlier this year. The Pro variant was then made available internationally in late July. Prior to the official launch of sales on August 9, pre-orders will begin on August 2.

With a focus on the upgrading to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, which should offer better performance and longer battery life, it is essentially similar to the current Red Magic 7 Pro.

The Pro model isn't an obvious advance, and some customers may actually prefer the less expensive standard 7 from earlier in the year, due to the weird spec balance. Otherwise, you can expect the usual blend of high refresh rate display, top specs, rapid charging, and average cameras.
