A divided Supreme Court finally rules on Obamacare Monday, So what does Obamacare mean for you? Millions of Americans will continue to receive healthcare coverage even if they have pre-existing conditions like diabetes or cancer. It means that young adults can stay on their parent's insurance plans until they are 26 years old. It means that insurance companies cannot deny coverage because someone is pregnant or smokes cigarettes. In short, the ruling was a victory for the law's supporters and President Obama, who had made enactment of this legislation one of his key achievements during his first term in office.
Trump says he will meet with North Korea's Kim within months:
President Donald Trump said on Thursday he would meet with North Korean leader Kim, Pyongyang's nuclear weapons program. I will be meeting with Kim, in the coming weeks to discuss denuclearization and to see what else can be done, Trump wrote on Twitter. Hopefully, a deal will happen, he added. The North Korean government has not made any comment on this issue yet. In recent years, US relations with North Korea have been fraught with tension due to their aggressive military tests including missile launches, underground nuclear tests, and large-scale military exercises. Recently, an announcement was made stating that they were believed to be a sixth nuclear test or an ICBM launch. However, on April 15th instead of taking action, they held a celebratory parade in honor of founder Kim Sung's birthday.

Now he may be headed to court again. Pence, who served as governor of Indiana from 2013 until Jan. 9, when he was sworn in as vice president, has a long history of fighting against abortion rights. He led the effort to pass some of America’s strictest abortion laws, according to The New York Times. He recently caused an uproar after stating that he does not believe women should have access to abortion even if they become pregnant from rape or incest. As Vice President, Pence will serve under Donald Trump which means there could be serious changes for Planned Parenthood. Pro-choice advocates are urging people to donate now before it's too late; Trump plans on cutting all federal funding for Planned Parenthood because he doesn't support abortions.
Trump to sign order looking into US Postal Service operation:
President Donald Trump plans to sign an executive order directing his new administration to study and recommend changes to current procedures of the United States Postal Service (USPS), Fox News has learned. The order would be another step toward Trump's campaign promise of reducing government oversight of private enterprise. According to a source with knowledge of the plan, it will direct Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin to look at issues related to USPS-operated facilities, including post offices, stations, and branches. In addition, it directs Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta to examine worker compensation issues related to the agency.
North Korea conducts massive live-fire artillery drills at sea:
North Korea fired artillery rounds on Wednesday as part of massive live-fire drills, South Korea's military said, just days after it launched two missiles capable of hitting Japan. The South Korean military said it had detected North Korea firing dozens of artillery rounds into waters off its east coast. We've spotted North Korea firing what appeared to shell into waters along its east coast, a military official told AFP news agency. There was no indication of how many were fired or their type. The shelling took place at a time when President Donald Trump and other world leaders are grappling with what response there should be to the latest ballistic missile test by Pyongyang.
A Florida police officer is found dead, and his family hires a private investigator:
The family of a Florida police officer found dead at his home has hired a private investigator to find out what happened. Why would someone be suspicious? It’s because no one can find any records of his death anywhere, including with law enforcement and at the Medical Examiner’s office. The disappearance of Officer Jeremy Hess left many questioning if he had ever existed or was simply never on duty in his short time as an officer, some even questioned if there was foul play involved. His wife said she knew nothing of his disappearance, but it does raise questions when considering his background. He was previously arrested for domestic violence against her and their daughter before they were reconciled.
A search party consisting of 100 people scoured miles around looking for him but, came up empty-handed.
Hess’ death certificate says he died from natural causes while sitting down or while couldn’t give more detail than that.
