Types of health baths recommended by Ayurveda:

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of medicine that recommends certain types of health baths for keeping the body healthy and free from disease. The most common types of health baths recommended by Ayurveda are steam baths, oil baths, and milk baths. In this blog post, we will discuss the benefits of each type of bath and provide instructions on how to take them.
There are a variety of health baths recommended by Ayurveda. Some baths help to cleanse the body, while others are rejuvenating or relaxing. The type of bath you take will depend on your individual constitution and specific needs.
There are six main types of health baths recommended by Ayurveda: foot baths, hip-baths, sits baths, full-body baths, head and neck baths, and enema baths. Each one is beneficial in its own way, depending on the specific needs of the person taking the bath.
Foot baths are excellent for general detoxification and improving circulation. Hip-baths help to relieve pain and stiffness in the hips and lower back. Sits baths are helpful for relieving symptoms
In Ayurveda, one of the traditional medical systems of India, many types of baths are recommended to cleanse the internal organs of the body. Research has shown that doing these things once a month can improve your health.
What types of baths are there? Let’s see what their uses are.
Mud bath:
In Ayurveda, ‘mud bath’ is generally recommended for all ages, including male and female. Termite soil is used for this. This soil is dipped in water and applied all over the body from head to toe. Then, let stand in the sun for an hour. After the mud dries, you can take a bath. This will normalize the blood flow. Skin diseases can be cured. Body temperature will decrease. The pores in the skin are removed and the unwanted water in the body is expelled as sweat.
Banana leaf bath:
On the terrace in the midday sun, spread the mat and spread the whole tamarind leaf on top of it. On top of this leaf, lay the person concerned and cover it completely with another whole banana leaf to keep the air out. This will only cause a small way to breathe. Should lie in the same position for up to 20 minutes. In this way, the chronic sweat wastes accumulated in the body will be expelled. Respiratory, hand, foot swelling, kidney disease, muscle and nerve damage are normalized. Bad water in the body is easily expelled completely.
Steam bath:
Stretch the head area out into a steam exhaust box and sit with the whole body inside. This steam bath lasts from 20 minutes to 1 hour. This opens up small pores in the skin all over the body and removes blockages. Unwanted waste will come out as sweat through those holes. This bath is recommended for people with body aches and joint pains.
After the steam bath is over, it is best to take another bath with cold water.
Similarly, in Ayurveda there are many types of baths according to the respective problems like oil massage for sprain and muscle cramps, back bath which is done to expel body heat, full bath which is done in moderate hot water all over the body and pelvic bath which is done to strengthen the hips.
After bathing like this, it is better to eat only natural food for a day. Eat sugar-free, vegetable and fruit juices, salads and buttermilk. Avoid salty, sour and salty foods.
