The top 5 beaches in India should not be ignored.
Even if India is better known for its gorgeous Rajput palaces than for its beautiful beaches, it is nonetheless a place where idlers can enjoy themselves. Our local expert has scoured the country's four corners to identify the gorgeous beaches for you. Follow it from Goa to Kerala, Maharashtra to Havelock Island, and you'll find actual small bits of heaven.
Havelock Island's Radha Nagar Beach
I enjoy showing visitors to Radha Nagar Beach since I know they will not be disappointed. In addition to being the most well-known beach in the Andaman Islands, Radha Nagar is included in Time Magazine's list of the most incredible beaches in the world. This is to let you know if it is truly divine! Even if it is touristy, I promise you that it is not as crowded as specific Southeast Asian beaches.
Radha Nagar Beach attracts me because it is popular with both visitors and locals. At sunset, you can witness nature at its most spectacular. The beach, which is surrounded by dense jungle, is shaped like a bay. Because it is so convenient, I recommend renting a bike or a scooter to maintain your independence.
Havelock Island indeed conceals numerous gems to be discovered in freedom, of which I will gladly divulge the modest addresses.
Radhanagar Beach
Agonda
One of my favorite beaches is Agonda. It is South Goa's second-longest beach. It does not, however, reach the 26-kilometer mark (yep, you read it correctly!) However, it has the advantage of having two highly diverse faces in the center-south. During the day, you can participate in a variety of aquatic activities. For example, I may propose that you try water skiing, marine motorcycling, or even snorkeling.
Agonda puts on her festive clothing as soon as night falls and village life resumes. On enormous barbecues, we cook fish caught that morning, and we dance to the beat of Indian music; all of this takes place in a friendly environment.
Never hesitate to include one or two days of relaxation on the Agonda beach in my circuits. It is, in fact, never crowded because of its kilometers of fine sand! Furthermore, there is nothing more enjoyable than exploring the countryside on a bike or scooter while having frequent swimming breaks.

Kerala's Varkala Beach
It would be impossible for me to include India's most gorgeous beaches without mentioning Varkala Beach. This very charming beach resort was previously a modest fishing village. It welcomes travelers from India and other countries who are looking for a good time and new experiences.
This is where I take travelers who want to experience Ayurvedic treatments and cures in a natural setting. Everything is in place for an unforgettable stay: a blue sea, a long ribbon of fine sand, a magnificent sunset over the neighboring cliffs, a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The sea is tranquil here, and swimming is risk-free. This is one of the reasons I routinely invite traveling families to India for two or three days of rest in the midst or conclusion of their journey.
Varkala Beach

This time, I'd want to introduce you to India's most wild side. The country's less-frequented beaches can be found in Gokarna. Of course, you won't be alone there because many Indians visit for vacation, but the immersion will be complete! I'll take you south of Gokarna to see some of the region's most gorgeous beaches.
Kudle Beach, of course, is one of my faves, with some of the gorgeous sunsets in the region. This lovely beach is only accessible on foot; therefore, it is still relatively uncrowded, so now is the time to enjoy it! Another beach near Gokarna that I will introduce you to is Paradise Beach.
To get to this well-kept secret, you'll have to take a short stroll down a twisting trail. I especially enjoy organizing picnics there for travelers seeking privacy throughout their journey.
Kudle Beach
Maharashtra's Tarkarli Beach.
Water sports enthusiasts, I will show you around Tarkarli and show you the best beach in the country for doing aquatic activities! This beach allows you to practice scuba diving and snorkeling to see dolphins and tropical fish, in addition to being long, wild, and perfect for swimming.
The decor will most likely remind you of Goa, but without the crowds. It is my favorite Indian seaside location. And if you still want to go a bit further off the main path, let me show you the two little-known beaches that border Tarkarli.To the north, Malvan, where you'll be able to meet a significant fishing community, and Devbag, to the south, where swimming is lovely.
Tarkarli is, in my opinion, India's most characteristic beach. It is mainly frequented by locals and has a welcoming and authentic environment. I enjoy sharing a genuine crush with people seeking a unique experience that brings them closer to India's original face.
Anarkali Beach
These are the beaches where one should go with friends and family to enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and the beach atmosphere.
