The Top 10 Best Online Earning Methods
How would you like to make money from home? It seems like an easy enough dream, but making it happen can be tricky. When you start researching the best online earning methods, you’ll find that there are hundreds of different ways to make money from home, many of which don’t sound realistic. With the top 10 best online earning methods in this article, you’ll know exactly what’s worth your time and what isn’t, so you can make the most money possible while still enjoying your free time!
1) M Turk
In general, being a lurker—or doing work for Amazon Mechanical Turk—is one of my favorite online earning methods. I love it because it requires very little skill or education. You’re a laborer, and you take surveys or do tasks that might even be fun for cash. It’s great for people who don’t have any real job skills or formal education.
2) Fiverr
One of the most prominent online earning methods on freelance websites, Fiverr lets you offer any service for $5 per project. While it’s not a stable source of income, it can supplement your finances as you look for full-time work.
3) Mechanical Turk
There are few more legitimate ways to make money online than through Mechanical Turk. This site, created by Amazon, allows you to find quick jobs doing simple tasks such as data entry, web research and even running experiments. The pay isn’t amazing—certainly not enough to quit your day job—but if you have some free time and don’t mind doing repetitive tasks for relatively little pay, it can be a great way to fill some of your downtimes.
4) Freelance Writing
Freelance writing is one of my favorite ways to make money from home. It doesn’t matter what kind of writing you’re doing, it’s likely someone will pay for it. Problogger has a list of over 50 sites that hire freelance writers, including popular ones like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. Sign up for a free account on each site to see what kind of work is available.
5) PPD GPT Sites
I’m sure you’ve heard of pay-per-click (PPC) sites, but have you ever heard of Pay Per Lead (PPL)? It’s a great alternative for PPC where there is no cost per click. The only thing that changes is that your earnings aren’t directly determined by how many people click your ads.
6) Youtube Sponsored Videos
Creating sponsored videos is a great way to monetize your channel and make some money from Youtube. While not as lucrative as pre-rolls, for example, sponsorships are accessible even to small channels. If you’re looking for sponsorship opportunities, check out to become a Sponsor section of YouTube’s Partner Program. There are no strict criteria for getting accepted—YouTube seems to be curated based on popularity rather than adhering to an official application process.
7) Social Media Marketing (SMM)
If you have a social media account, there’s no better time to utilize it for income generation. Many brands are now paying influencers to promote their products through posts, tweets, pins, and more. And with so many social platforms out there, you’re sure to find one that will work best for you. For example, if you post frequently on Instagram, try promoting affiliate offers through your pictures.
8) Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing is a type of performance-based marketing in which you earn a commission by promoting someone else’s product. The great thing about affiliate marketing is that you don’t have to carry inventory for other people or worry about shipping and returns.
9) Paid Surveys - Global Test Market
Taking paid surveys is a great way to make money from home, with so many options available it can be difficult knowing which ones are legitimate. I’ve used Global Test Market for years and highly recommend them as one of your top survey sites. They pay in cash via PayPal or Payoneer, after you reach $30 in your account. It doesn’t take long to earn that amount when taking surveys, so you can cash out quickly and use their payment options to avoid fees through other payment methods.
10) Online Surveys – Pinecone Research
Pinecone Research is an online survey company that pays you to provide your opinions. They focus on product testing and they want people to review different services, new products, and brands. In return, Pinecone Research will pay you $3 per survey. You will also get an entry into their sweepstakes at each monthly payout for participating in surveys!
