INTRODUCTION
India is a country that is still developing. unlike America, a developed country. Less individuals are employed in India's economy. Many people in India are able to survive completely on social assistance. A person is considered to be unemployed if they satisfy the eligibility standards. The national government's achievement of fully employing all Indians is noteworthy. We believe that students are the future of the nation. More than a million students graduate each year without being able to find job, it has been revealed. If they do find employment, they will be paid far less than they had anticipated. Students frequently turn down job offers because they want to be paid really generously and have unrealistic expectations.
REASONS FOR UNEMPLOYMENT: With more than 138 crore people, India is the second most populous country in the world.
(1) The country of India is overpopulated, which is the primary cause of unemployment. Up until today, there hasn't been a stronger family planning strategy in place. Better food, improved hygiene, and most importantly, medical advancements are to blame for this massive population growth. The death rate has fallen as a result of the quick advancements in modern medicine that have transformed numerous diseases. The majority of people up until the early 19th century passed away before turning 50. The average life expectancy in developed nations has now surpassed 70 years. Despite the practice of birth, the population continues to grow at an alarming rate.
(2) "Education" is the second justification for unemployment. Now, this can be interpreted in a number of ways. For example, there are literate people who possess knowledge but do not obtain particular occupations, and on the other hand, there are illiterate people who do not possess knowledge and do not wish to acquire it. People who act in this manner waste both their youth and the advantages of being an Indian citizen. In India, there are more illiterates. Despite the fact that urban areas have higher literacy rates than rural ones, urban slums nevertheless long for the dawn of education. "Education is the most potent weapon you can employ to change the world," Nelson Mandela once stated. There are always two perspectives to consider: the optimistic and the pessimistic. Keeping this in mind.
(3) The issue of unemployment is partly a result of the "Political Scenario." There are many more politicians than necessary who are either under- or over-educated. Politicians frequently serve as the society's ruler, governor, or head of state. Despite the fact that we don't really anticipate much from our current leaders, we have a lot of expectations for them since, in the end, they are the ones in charge. The hands must be trustworthy and accountable in order to hold all the power. Therefore, it is imperative that politicians receive both good education and training. The rights provided by the government for education are now the focus of the second phase of the political conflict that has intervened between employment and education.
(4) The population back then was considerably lower than it is today, therefore everyone had to work. But manufacturing and industries have drastically changed in the modern period. Ten or more people's worth of work can be completed by one machine. The unemployment problem is also a result of this "industrialization." Frequently, a factory will experience a lockout and end up being the cause of unemployment.
MEASURES TO BE TAKEN: It is now imperative that the issue of unemployment be resolved. To help control unemployment, consider the following ideas.
(1) A third or so of Indians live in rural areas and use dual. Therefore, coma initial villages should be given a favorable environment to encourage development.
(2) More industries should be established, and the curriculum should be designed so that it gives the students practical knowledge. They would be able to indulge in their own business as a result.
(3)The use of manual labor has been completely replaced by machining and robotics. Therefore, there needs to be a healthy balance between manual and machine work. In order for individuals in rural areas to be able to get money as a means of subsistence and to support employment, acceptable financial conditions must prevail and laborer intensity must increase.
(4)The planning for India's educational system should be flawless. The system in place today is not really suited for dealing with modern technology. Students with greater skill levels will result from an improved system.
In addition to these actions, careful family planning should be considered. Last but not least, leaders need to pay close attention to better planning and execution of strategies.
CONCLUSION:
In conclusion, we can state that the issue of unemployment is one that carries a significant level of risk and that solving it is not simple. Therefore, we should take a seat and have a calm conversation about it. A better outcome will undoubtedly be achieved in the near future with the help of improved techniques, sharp minds, better industrialization, better strategies, better leadership, better plans, and steady effort.
