Aadhaar cards will no longer be accepted as proof of birth certificate, according to an announcement made by EPFO.  What constitutes a valid birth certificate in this case is an open subject.

 A birth certificate is now required for all main national services.  As a result, this new regulation is effective as of right now.  As of right now, birth certificates will be the main form of identification for a number of services.

A birth certificate is required for various services, including the issuing of driver's licenses, passports, Aadhaar cards, admission to schools, voter registration lists, and appointments to government posts.

Furthermore, birth certificates are required as proof of identity for a number of services, such as marriage registration.  Birth certificates are required as supporting documents when requesting these services.

The Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Act, 2023 enacts the Act.  This law was recently changed.  This modification modifies the previous text to make the birth certificate the only required document for the aforementioned responsibilities.  The law is now enacted following the bill's successful passage and passage.

 Birth Certificate: Originally just a paper document, this one now serves as a legitimate identity document.

A portion of our monthly income is deposited into our PF account.  Every month, a specific sum will be credited to our PF account from both the firm and us.

 By referencing our PF account in Passbook on the EPFO page, we may check our balance.  The funds placed into this PF account will also be subject to interest payments.

PF: If necessary, this PF payment may be withdrawn even in the interim.  You can use this money for immediate medical requirements or other necessities.  PF retirement benefits will likewise be paid in a comparable manner.  However, beyond a certain age, it can be taken.

It is in this context that the federal government has established avenues for receiving an increased pension.  It has been informed as a result that pensioners who qualify may submit an application under the Enhanced Pension Act of 1995 (EPS-1995).

List : Only individuals listed under 1995 (EPS-1995) are eligible to apply for an additional pension.  Prior to now, March 3 was the deadline for this.  However, a lot of us like to receive a larger pension.  However, the date has ended.  Thus, they asked for a date extension.  The federal government has extended the deadline to May 3, 2023, in accordance with their request.  For workers, it's akin to receiving a lottery notification.  The maximum pension income was raised to fifteen thousand rupees in 2014.  It should be remembered that it was Rs. 6500 prior.

Aadhaar Card: According to EPFO, Aadhaar cards would not be recognized as birth certificates going forward.

As a result, birth certificates shouldn't be issued along with an Aadhar card.  The birth certificate should be issued right away by those who provided it.  It has been announced that the only documentation recognized as proof of birth is a birth certificate.
