The Most Important Yoga Pose When You are on the Go:

With over 84,000 poses in yoga to choose from to practice, yoga enthusiasts and practitioners can get confused as to which ones are most important. With our daily demands and commitments, most of us may not have time to do so many poses so we should focus on the one which is most beneficial for daily practice and that is the shoulder-stand (in Sanskrit Known as Savanasana). This is my recommended favorite of inverted poses. Its spontaneity and the reminder that as a kid, you tried it first, makes it one that I emphasize even more than the headstands you may be familiar with because they work for the fear of standing on your head. Without almost all do not share the same profit. Inverted asanas reverse the action of gravity on the body. Instead of everything being drawn to the feet, the orientation shifts to the head. On an emotional level, the shoulder stand turns everything upside down, shedding a new light on old patterns of behavior. It improves health, reduces stress and anxiety and increases mental strength and confidence. In addition, the abdominal organs, liver, spleen, stomach, kidneys and pancreas receive a powerful massage which helps them to function optimally. In Sanskrit, Sarvanga means all the organs, as the name suggests, it affects all the body parts. It stimulates the thyroid gland, balancing the circulatory, digestive, nervous, reproductive and endocrine systems. It is really a panacea, a cure for all. Obesity and obesity are removed by this mudra, as well as constipation and enlargement of liver and spleen are also removed. It is best practiced with counter poses over specific periods for maximum efficiency and when planned correctly, the entire sequence can take less than 6 minutes to complete, depending on your schedule. This is one of the famous yoga poses of India, which you, as a practitioner, make point to incorporate the sequence in your daily diet along with other forms of practice, but I always recommend for all the above benefits. I emphasize this one currency the most. So the next time you're unsure about which pose to incorporate into your session while you're on the go, make it a point to go for the shoulder-stand. Your body will thank you for it.Nowadays we have forgotten ourselves in the race of this life, we are not able to take care of our loved ones and ourselves, by the time we think about it, it is too late, so we should take care of ourselves. Take some time out and take care of your body. should lead a healthy lifestyle

And always eat fresh food and work hard, this keeps our body healthy. For example, look at your elders, how old do they live because ordinary life was very different from our life, they used to eat healthy food and used to work hard. We just have to live a little bit like them. Just! And to get out of this run-of-the-mill life. Take care of yourself and your loved ones, this is my only prayer.

Heartfelt thanks!!
