Expressing my feeling:

This article just depends on my feeling about the facts which make life unhappy.most of the facts which make life unhappy but I explain a few. According to low, middle or higher class differences, the fact must be different in every class. So I think child labor is the issue of the lower-class mostly. and the other facts are the same as every class. First, I explain child labor.

Mean by child labor:

In the age group of one year to 14 years if any child of doing hard work or job to doing earn money due to someone force then it is known as child labor. Child labor is one of the ever-growing social problems faced by a nation of a lower class. This causes an adverse impact on the mental, physical, moral and social life of children. In India the figure of child labor has crossed above 44 million, in Pakistan, it is from 8 to 10 million, in Bangladesh 8-12 million, in Brazil 7 million whereas it is 12 million Nigeria. According to an estimate of the child rights movement (CRM) national secretariat, 12.5 million children in Pakistan victimized in forced labor.

causes:

• According to an estimate by an international labor organization (ILO), poverty is the primary and major reason behind the menace of child labor.
• Another big cause of child labor is the high rate of inflation.
• Due to the immense poverty prevailing in the country, parents urge their children to work in order to reach the target of take-home salary.

that's why most of the child does not live a happy childhood.

The step taken by the Government:

•  No child below the age of 14 years shall be engaged in a factory or mine or any other hazardous employment.
• The state shall make provision for securing just and humane conditions of work, ensuring that women and children are not employed in vacation unsuited to their age.
• Internation child labor standards set minimum age for light work at 13 years and general employment at 15. The minimum age for hazardous work is 18, although it can be lowered to 16 strict conditions.
• In the US, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) set 14 as the minimum age for most non-agricultural work, but young people of any age can deliver the newspaper , perform in radio, television, movies or theatrical productions work in business owned by their parents, except in mining, manufacturing or hazardous jobs. 

Many states have child labor laws, some of which may have a minimum age for employment which is higher than the FLSA. Where both the FLSA and state child labor laws apply. The higher minimum standards must be obeyed.

if we follow the international child labor standards. So, we make life happy. And the child also lives a happy childhood and easy to achieve their aims.
