Incident or coincidence is an event that can happen to anyone and it thrills and surprises. All of us must have experienced this at some time in our life.
This incident happened when I went to an acquaintance to attend the wedding ceremony. Sitting at the dinner table, I was talking to some acquaintances and in the same things I mentioned 'him'. I wanted to know where he is now and what 'he' is doing?
There was also an eagerness to know that, both of us had spent time together from childhood to 12th. I had mentioned that only then he became present with his family from behind our table. Sitting together, my companions were surprised and started to say, "Look, Deepak has come." You were still talking.
Everyone greeted him and sat in front of my chair. I was looking at him with oblivion and wondered which 'invisible power' has created this whole game. It seemed like some magic or miracle. Perhaps nature has created this game or perhaps some theory of quantum physics is working.
I was in the same mood that Deepak spoke 'hello' to me with a soft smile. I also nodded my head in response. But, this coldness was being eaten in our relationship. My best friend, with whom life was spent many years in the shade of fun, laughter and happiness, with which series of memories are attached, I just nodded my head, it was tearing me up.The heart was testifying that I should get up and hold him warmly in my arms. But he was unable to express his desire to express himself.
Perhaps a long gap 'communication gap' created an invisible wall between the fabric of our friendship, which neither of us had tried to break. The main reason for this communication gap was - 'a relic of the past'. Due to which our present conversation and physical expressions were being affected.
Once in fun, circumstances had exposed my friend (Deepak) 's personal things to others, and people started teasing him with this. This act of mine to Deepak seemed to break the trust ... and later it caused a rift in our friendship. From here, there has been a gap between the fabric of our friendship… Alas! In both the hearts, the lumps of clutches were opened and scattered on the soft and shiny silk thread ..!!!
