What Yoga benefits?

Someone that Yoga was just as easy after seeing a student walk out of a Yoga class and later eat at McDonald's or something, they would probably be right. Why? Yes, Yoga, as a whole, includes proper nutrition. One is not without the other. This is a feature that should be understood by anyone with a deep desire to take up Yoga. If a person wants to do Yoga, he should include all of its goals. When I started practicing yoga 6 years ago, I did extensive research on the subject of diet and Yoga. Perhaps this was the end, as it happened in a joint, this was during a time when a friend of mine had told me to view fasting and natural food as a way to cure my terrible acne at the time. I came across Swami book “The Complete Illustrated book of Yoga,” and this one had a whole chapter on food. What he described here made it clear that as it is very beneficial - if not all yoga poses can be lifelong, if one lives on an unhealthy diet, it defeats the purpose of the initial exercise. This is probably the most important thing about Yoga. Why? Yes, Yoga is more than just physical exercise such as meditation, breathing exercises and other exercises such as Peacock, Shoulder Shape and Sun Greetings are known to have an impact on the context of human life. This is based on the human solar plexus and forms the basis of Kundalini or life force available to all human beings. Remember, we are primarily members of a physical body that lives in the spirit realm. Now keep that point in mind as I continue to remind you of this quote and the famous cosmic law: "You are what you eat ..." Now, combine should begin to see the connection between what your food is important to. Whole — physically and spiritually. When you start doing Yoga seriously, it is recommended that you also start watching what you eat. ALL Yoga philosophers and veterans such as Swami, Swami and BKS Iyengar have all testified to this fact. Here is a quote from on the subject of diet and Yoga (and remember that you are obviously THE guru when it comes to the 'who' of Yoga)  Food hygiene follows the cleansing of the inner environment ... Swami  In addition to this is another quote that supports his comment "Without looking at the balance of the diet, if a person adopts Yogic practices, he can not get any benefit but gets various diseases" (Ed. Sam. V-16). Yoga has a detrimental effect on your body and, so a diet developed by yoga practitioners such as the Diet (i.e. healthy / non-healthy foods or alkaline foods for other health members) would be the best way to go. Simply put, your fruits, roots and leafy vegetables (raw and 'well cooked'). This is a Yoga diet and this should be included in your lifestyle if you want to do Yoga. Is it a coincidence that this is the true food described in Genesis 1:29 in the Bible? Is it a coincidence that these foods form the basis for Hippocrates' quote “let your food be your medicine…”? Is it a coincidence that this is the same diet that labels non-drug organizations as the best for slowing down aging, having bright eyes and complexion, better muscle tone and the like? I do not think so. Heck, if you want to do any kind of exercise and not just yoga, you will still enjoy the many benefits from the lifestyle of such a diet. I read about a few immature or vegetarian bodybuilders like Stephen, David Wolfe, Scott Brodie and Bill Pearl (4th winner of the Mr. Universe competition) who do very well on the same diet, so one will succeed.  The right diet as well as choosing any exercise they want. So you want to hear all that Yoga has to offer? Then remember to include perhaps its most important goal in your whole life - Yoga diet. Your friend in the mirror will thank you for doing it. I Trust In Friendship,
