Prithivraj, a resident of Tamil Nadu's, set his electric-bike on fire. He reportedly faced several issues and did not receive support from the service center. He, who runs an Or tho and Neuron clinic near Amber, recently purchased an Ola electric-bike. In a video that has since gone viral, He said that although there is a vehicle registration office nearby, Ola officials asked him to travel to another locate, which is around 50 kilo meters away, to register the bike.
A man poured petrol on his electric-bike and set it ablaze near a clinic in Tamil Nadu on Tuesday after the battery ran out, around noon and the manufacturers said they could send someone to help only by evening 5pm.
Despite the company’s claims that the electric-bike will cover 181 kilometers on a full charge, it runs for only 50 to 60 kilo meters, said to him, a physiotherapist at the location, after burning his bike.
He said he had been having problems ever since he bought the bike in January this year. On Tuesday he went to the RTO as the company had paid the registration fees there instead of his hometown, Amber.
On his way back, after covering 60 kilo meters at most, the battery run out, leaving him stranded at noon. He said he requested the company to let him leave the vehicle at the spot for them to pick up, but they said he had to wait for them. However, they could send a technician only by 5pm.

It is better help if you people change customer care in social media you respond only in social media"
He is said a message of OLA takes a plate and sit on the roadside and beg from people instead cheating them by give false hype now u made me to stand in the middle of the road 30 kilo meters away simply saying that wait for 3 to 4 hours will get help from RSA.
“I asked my assistant to buy two litters of petrol, which I poured on the electric-bike and set it on fire,” told him. He posted the videos on his Twitter account.
"A few minutes after I shared the video, a service engineer called me and requested me not to give any interviews to the media and promised to replace the electric-bike. I bluntly told them my relationship with their company was over as soon as I burnt the bike. But he said a team has already left for his clinic in Amber with a brand new electric-bike and promised to deliver the bike tonight" told him.
