The members of the panel are: former vice-chancellor of Seventh University, R Ramanujan, retired professor from Institute of Mathematical Science, Sultan Ismail and R Srinivasan, both members of State Planning Commission, Arjuna, former education specialist with Universe, Tamil writer S Ramakrishna, former chess world champion Anand, musician T M Krishna, educationists Tulsidas and, headmaster of Government Union Middle School and Foundation.
The panel members are from various fields including a middle school headmaster, a former vice-chancellor, a mathematician, a chess champion, a musician, a writer and members of the planning commission.
