TAG Huer Launches New Smartwatch

Swiss watchmaker TAG Heuer has introduced a new golf app and a watch called Connected Modular 45 Golf Edition. Designed to allow players to get the most out of their golf games, regardless of the course on which it is played, this 45mm timepiece features a laser engraved black ceramic bezel ring on a scale of 1 to 18 – indicating the 18 holes of a t our. golf course. Filled with white laque, the scale differs from the mainly black finish of the lightweight watch. Bold black ceramic horns complete the sanded case and bottom, made of black PVD titanium. The touch screen is covered with broken sapphire ice. Equipped with multiple sensors, including GPS, NFC, accelerometer, gyroscope and microphone, this golf smartwatch offers 4GB of storage and a 25-hour battery life. It offers the same features as other TAG Heuer Connected watches, including the ability to send messages, receive notifications, play music and download other apps. A black rubber strap is included in the watch box and completes the daily look of the golf course. Three golf balls bearing the TAG Heuer logo are also included in the special package. For the first time, the Swiss watchmaker has also developed an application for iOS and Android smartphones. The Golf app can be downloaded for free and can be used on the TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 “Golf Edition” as well as other TAG Heuer Connected Modular smartwatches. The app provides key information to improve performance, including recording distances and take scores, and displaying 39,000 golf courses around the world with accurate 3D mapping technology.
