The GH-SW320 ingaas swir camera sensors are two-dimensional image sensors with a hybrid structure that includes a CMOS readout circuit (ROIC: readout integrated circuit) and back-illuminated InGaAs photodiodes for short wavelength infrared (SWIR, 900nm-1700nm) and extended wavelength infrared (Vis-SWIR, 400nm-1700nm) regions.

 

The GH-SW320 InGaAs VGA Area Surveillance Sensor provides high-resolution imaging using cutting-edge InGaAs linear vision camera sensor technology designed for short-wavelength detection. This swir detector boasts a sophisticated read-out integrated circuit (ROIC), ensuring precise and dependable performance.

 

This ingaas detector can be delivered in two types of metallic packages: nitrogen and vacuum, both of which incorporate a thermoelectric cooler (TEC).

 

It is highly suited for a wide range of applications, including surveillance, hyperspectral imaging, remote sensing, machine vision, industrial sorting, process inspection, and science.
