Brothers and sisters from America, my heart is filled with inexpressible joy to repay you for the warm and cordial welcome you have given us. Thank you on behalf of the oldest monastery in the world, on behalf of the Mother of Religions, and on behalf of millions and millions of Hindus of all classes and faiths. I would also like to thank these speakers who, referring to the representatives of the East, say that people from this distant country can claim the honor of carrying the idea of tolerance to other countries. I am proud to be part of a religion that has taught the world tolerance and acceptance. We do not believe in universal tolerance, but we accept all religions as the truth. I am proud to be part of a nation that protects the persecuted, refugees of all faiths and people around the world.
We can proudly say that in the same year we collected the purest remains of the Israelites who came to southern India and fled with us to the temples destroyed by Roman tyranny. I am proud to be part of another great Zoroastrian nation, a religion that protects and still develops it. Brothers, let me quote a few lines from a song that I remember from childhood and that millions of people repeat every day. Whether you look different, crooked or straight, they all point to you.
This gathering, one of the largest ever held, is in itself a declaration and an apology to the world of the beautiful teachings taught in Gila. Fight in such a way as to ultimately lead to Me. Sectarianism, fanaticism and their terrifying descendants of narrow-mindedness have long ruled this beautiful land. Demon, society would be much better than today, but the time has come I sincerely hope that the bell that rings this morning in commemoration of this contest will engulf all fanatics and swordsmen. The pursuit of feathers, for all the frivolous feelings between those who go to the same goal.
Speech about the life of Swami Vivekananda Narendranath.
He received his initial education at the Eshwar Chandra Vidyasagar institution in the capital, where in 1881 he passed the art exam. Narendranath was a genius and the only student to score in the first part of the presidential exam received. He has extensive knowledge of Western logic, European history, Western philosophy, Sanskrit scriptures, Bengali literature and Indian classical music. From 1881 to 1884, Narendrnath was an active member of the Kesav Chandra Sen religious movement. Under the name Nav Vida, we hold social events such as "Hope Group" to prevent young people from actively smoking and drinking. The sudden death of Narendranath's father in 1884 made him one of the poorest students on campus. The family's financial situation suffered greatly, and Narenranath decided to drop out of law school.
Swami Vivekananda's famous quote:
"You cannot believe in God until you believe in yourself." The greatest religion is to be true to your nature. Believe in yourself. The moment we realize that God sits in the temple of every human body, the moment we all feel awe and see God in it, All the powers of the universe are with us. It is we who close our eyes with our hands and shout that it is getting dark. ' 'Get up! Get up! Don't stop until you reach your goal. "One day you'll be okay, you'll be sure you've gone the wrong way." Next life. Talk to yourself once a day. Otherwise, you may never meet the smartest person in the world. There are ways, but everyone can be right.
