Sucker Rod Shot Blasting Machine for American Client
Qingdao Qinggong Seth has been provided a sucker rod shot blasting machine to Petros Tubular Services Inc in the USA. This kind of roller shot blasting machine when working, the V-type roller conveyor system transport sucker rods into the shot blasting chamber, one or more sucker rods can be transported at a time, and then start the separator, elevator, screw conveyor, blast turbines etc.. The sucker rods are blasted while transportation, the sucker rod will be transportation by V-type roller conveyor after the shot blasting is completed.
This machine adopts 3 unit Siemens 15kw motor for blast turbines, working speed can reach to 25' - 30' per min, to clean rods from 1/2" in dia. to 1 1/8" dia. and 30' in length, to blasting 1 rod at a time.
