SriLanka beats NewZealand

Kusal Perera smashed Sri Lanka's fastest T20I century (44 balls) to lead them to 218-5, their second-highest T20I score, in the final match against New Zealand. His 101 runs, supported by Charith Asalanka’s all-round performance (3-25 and a key partnership), secured a 7-run consolation win.

New Zealand, chasing 219, fell short at 211-7 despite Rachin Ravindra's 69 and Daryl Mitchell's late sixes. Asalanka’s bowling and a brilliant catch, along with Wanindu Hasaranga’s breakthroughs, turned the match in Sri Lanka's favor.
