To be honest, any article is good if people want to read it or, it is well written enough to be interesting. Think what people want to read about, and then think about what they don't know they want to read about.
You can write articles on different topics by doing some research to provide unique, valuable, and informational content to your readers. Topics are endless, but you should be bright enough to zero in on those that captures the attention of reader's.
So, the first thing you have to do is to find the topic you will write about, you should brainstorm ideas if you have to. Picture yourself with all the time and money in the world to do whatever you want. Will you be found camping in the mountains, playing the piano or learning Salsa? Those are your potential interests - write them down. Now ask yourself what else you would like to know about them. Picture those questions as article topics. If you have no idea what to write about, you can get great topics on forums, blogs that are relevant to your niche.
