Seven Tips for how to get A Long and Healthy Life

No matter how good modern medical technology is, it can never save you from the problems caused by unhealthy lifestyle.  Instead of getting a modern medical solution to every problem, it is better to live in a way that you can never get sick.

An ounce of the prevention is surely better than a pound of treatment.  Here are the seven tips on how to live longer and healthier.  In addition, the same lifestyle that helps to avoid disease also helps to lose weight.

1. Get enough exercise:

In the past, people had to use their bodies during their normal work.  But today one can get up, go to work in the car, sit down, get up to go home in the car and sit back all day when he gets home.  In such a life, there is no physical labor.  This physical inactivity is one of a main causes of many diseases.  If sports, running, walking and other things are to be included in our lives, our normal work, physical activity is not required.

2. Go to sleep, when feel sleepy:

It may seem simple, but many people wake up late even when the body tells them it's time to go to sleep.  Yoga and Ayurvedic doctors also say that it is good to sleep at night and stay active during the day.  However, people like students take coffee and stimulants until late at night.  Others, develop the habit of staying active at night and sleeping during the day.  Although we can do this, it ultimately affects health.  Alternative health doctors say that this type of unnatural lifestyle is one of the leading causes of cancer and other diseases.

3. Eat when hungry:

This is also a simple idea, but once again we go against the body’s messages.  Even if you do not have a real appetite, if you eat at a certain time of the day due to habit or due to social stress, you will not be able to digest your food properly.  Acidity and indigestion begin, and this contributes to the possibility of rooting out more complex diseases to others.  Anorexia is actually a sign of good health, but if you are not hungry, you should wait awhile and eat.  (If you are not hungry after waiting a reasonable time, consult a doctor if something is wrong.)

4. Fasting on a regular, regular basis:

If you ask someone to work tirelessly 365 days a year, they will complain that you need to get some rest, otherwise it will break down.  But, we never worry about hearing or thinking about our digestive organs, and it is forced to work tirelessly daily.  They can not resist the way a person protests to his employer, but they signal to us that they can not work relentlessly.  When we ignore those signals and force them to work, those elements break down.  That's why it is necessary to fast from time to time.  Avoid eating all day long.  It relaxes your digestive organs, and helps flush out wastes from your body.  Regular fasting allows, a person to gain extra time for intellectual and spiritual purposes.  Fasting is not for the monks in the cave, but it is a prudent practice that anyone can follow.

5. Rinse with the cold water before going to bed:

As mentioned above, proper sleep is the essential for maintaining good health.  If you wash your vital motor and sensory organs (hands, arms, eyes, legs, mouth, genitals) in cold water before going to sleep, it will relax you and prepare you for a deep sleep.

6. Continue to meditate:

Your body is connected to your mind.  Many of the diseases of this era are psychological.  Stress and anxiety affect our physical health.  Meditation is a mental exercise that, among the other things, allows you to separate yourself from the worries of life.  Learn the simple technique and keep doing it.

7. Get up early every day:

Again the old adage, "Getting to bed early, getting up early makes a person healthier, richer and smarter."  I don’t know if it will make you rich, but it will definitely make you healthier.  Your body needs enough sleep, no more and no less.

Follow these ideas and you will not go wrong.
