Seven tips on how to live a long and healthy life and that helps you to avoid illness also helps you to lose weight.
1. Exercise enough
In the past people had to use their body during their usual workout one can get up today, go to work, sit in the car, go home and sit again for the rest of the day when they arrive home. If we do not have to work physically for our normal work, then walking and other tasks have to be added to our lives.
2. Sleep when you feel sleepy-
It might seem easier to hear, but many people get up late when their body tells them it's time to sleep. Yoga and ayurvedic doctors also say that it's better to sleep at night and stay active during the day. But ultimately, it affects health. Alternative health practitioners say that this type of abnormal life is one of the contributory factors for cancer and other diseases.
3. Eat when you are hungry-
This is also a simple idea, but once again we go against the messages of the body. If you eat due to habit or at certain times of the day, even when you're not hungry, you won't be able to digest your food correctly. Acidity and indigestion can still cause the root of many other complex illnesses. Hunger is a sign of real good health, but if you're not hungry, you should wait a little longer and then eat. (if you're not hungry, you should still be hungry after waiting for enough time. Then you should consult a doctor because there is something wrong).
4. Fasting on regular, systematic basis-
If you ask a person to work for 365 days a year without any rest, he would complain and say he would break up if he needed some rest. But we never bothered to ask or think about our digestive organs, which we are forced to work day by day without rest. They can't resist what a person will do to his boss, but they give us an indication that they can't do it without stopping. When we ignore those cues and still force them to work, Fasting, therefore, is necessary to keep it on time. Avoiding eating an entire day, it will relax your digestive organs and help you to eliminate waste from your body. A regular fasting gives a lot of extra time for intellectual or spiritual activity. A cave doesn't have a fast for monks, but it's a sensible exercise that anyone can practice.
5. Wash with cold water before going to bed-
As pointed out above, proper sleep is essential for the maintenance of health. If you wash your vital motor and sensory organs (hands, hands, eyes, feet, mouth, genitals) before going to sleep, it will help you relax and be prepared for a deeper sleep.
6. Perform meditation on a regular basis-
Your body is connected to your mind. Many of the diseases of this era are psychosomatic tensions and anxieties of this age take their toll on our physical health. Meditation is a mental exercise that, among other things, helps you stay away from your life's worries.
7. Get up early every day-
Once again the old saying is, "early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise." Your body just needs enough sleep, not too little.
