How Seven Tips For A Long And Healthy Life

As good as modern medical technology is, it can never save you from problems caused by an unhealthy lifestyle.  Instead of getting a modern medicine for every problem, it is far better to live in such a way that you rarely get sick.

An ounce of prevention is certainly better than a pound of cure.  Here are seven tips on how to live a long and healthy life.  In addition, the same lifestyle that helps you avoid disease also helps you lose weight.

   1. Get Enough Exercise

In the past, people had to use their physical bodies in the course of their normal work.  But today one can get up, go to work in the car, then sit down, get up in the car to go home and sit again for the rest of the day when they get home.  There is no physical labor in such a life.  This physical inactivity is one of the main causes of many diseases.  Sports, running If our normal work does not require us to work physically, then walking and other things should be included in our life.  I

   2. Fall asleep when you're sleepy

It may sound simple, but many people wake up late, even when their body is telling them it is time to sleep.  Yoga and Ayurvedic doctors also always say that sleeping early at night and being active during the day is good for health.  However, people like students will consume coffee and stimulants to study till late at night.  Others develop a habit of being active at night and sleeping during the day.  While we can do this, it ultimately takes a toll on health.  Alternative health doctors say that this kind of unnatural living is one of the causes of cancer and other diseases.

   3. Eat When You're Hungry

This too is a simple idea, but once again we often go against the messages of the body.  If you eat out of habit or because of social pressure at certain times of the day, even when you are not feeling genuinely hungry, you will not be able to digest your food properly.  Acidity and dyspepsia are triggered, and this contributes to the possibility of other more complex diseases being at the root.  If you feel hungry then your health is good, if you are not hungry then you should eat only when you are hungry.  (If you do not feel hungry even after waiting for a reasonable time, then you should consult a doctor as something is wrong.)

   4. Faster on a regular, systematic basis

If you ask someone to work 365 days per year without any rest, they will complain and say that they should take some rest or else they will break.  But we never bothered to ask or think about our digestive organs, which we are forced to work day after day without rest.  They can't resist the way a person does to their boss, but they signal to us that they can't work without stopping.  When we ignore those signals and still force them to work, those organs break down.  That is why it is necessary to fast from time to time.  Avoid eating for a whole day.  It relaxes your digestive organs and also helps in eliminating waste from your body.  Regular fasting allows a person to gain extra time for intellectual or spiritual pursuits.  Fasting is not for sadhus in a cave, but is a sensible practice that can be practiced by anyone.

   5. Wash off with cold water before sleeping

As mentioned above, proper sleep is essential for good health.  If you wash your vital motor and sensory organs (hands, hands, eyes, feet, mouth, genitals) with cold water before sleeping, it will relax you and prepare you for deep sleep.

   6. Meditate Regularly

Your body is connected to your mind.  Many diseases of this age are psychosomatic.  Stress and anxiety take a toll on our physical health.  Meditation is a mental exercise that, among other things, allows you to detach yourself from the worries of life.  Learn a simple technique and do it regularly.

   7. Wake up early everyday

Once again the old saying goes, "Early to bed, early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise."  I don't know if it will make you rich, but it will definitely make you healthy.

Follow these tips and you can't go wrong.
