It's difficult to compare flagship smartphones. This is mostly due to the fact that these phones have managed to acquire a certain quality and dependability, particularly in the photography field. And differentiation becomes more difficult when you compare the Google Pixel 7's camera to that of the Apple iPhone 14 Plus. When it comes to cameras, both Google and Apple have established rather high standards. But does one have a competitive advantage over the other? We tried both phones to see how Apple's and Google's newest match up in terms of still photography, and here's our comparison.

The results will be good if you use these phones in bright sunlight, like I did. Both Apple and Google provide tools for customising and tweaking colours depending on personal tastes. In Apple's example, you may select a colour profile from Standard to Rich Contract (richer colours and higher contrast), Vibrant Style (more vibrant colours), Warm Style (golden undertones), and Cool tone (more blue undertones). The standard is the most balanced choice, more natural and more iPhone-like.
Even on the Pixel 7, you may opt to go warmer or colder – something I had not seen before.in an earlier Pixel phone Simply tapping the screen brings up a little menu, and on the right side is a small thermometer with an orange and blue scale. Simply move your finger up and down the scale to get the colour that best suits your needs.
