What are the Secrets of Healing from Within.

Modern medicine is based on the concept of war. We fight germs and we fight for life. As soon as we feel pain or discomfort, we immediately try to prevent it from happening and look for some way to comfort what we are experiencing. We feel we have to change our illness or problems and overcome them with our technology.

This direction leads to endless warfare with all our pressures. After a battle or illness is over, another one comes in. We live in a state of insecurity every time there is little room for peace of mind Healing from within brings inner peace. It comes from a different understanding of all life experiences. We are taught to stand, pay attention and respect everything that comes our way. It’s like re-focusing the camera, we get our experience with a different lens.

Often there is a deep feeling that pain is bad, and should be removed by any means. Pain is not bad. Pain arises from a lack of balance and contains a lot of information. It brings a lot of messages with it. When we see our pain as a messenger and learn to respect and obey, healing begins in all sorts of ways.

The first step to healing from the inside is to learn how to recognize pain as a friend, to learn how to “negotiate” with it. To many of us, this seems unthinkable.

Initially, this requires complete repentance. Instead of standing up for ourselves in battle, we learn how to stand up and understand that there is a lesson to be learned. When we do this we get pain or a problem often comes with a gift in his hand Sickness often comes when we feel defeated. We may not want to fight anymore. Some people get sick when they are very tired. Sickness is the only way they can give themselves permission to stand, relax, and make the necessary changes in their lives. Each disease has its own story. The same is true with mental or personal problems that are becoming more serious and demand our attention.

When a person is in physical pain and suddenly realizes what is bothering him, the physical pain usually goes away. For complete healing to take place you may need to make changes in a person's entire life. Cancer can be suppressed for many years, and then recur. When it comes up again we should ask, “Why? What happened in my whole life? "

"We are sick because we act in sick ways,"

Louis Jourard

We are all experts at mixing things under the carpet. Then the carpet starts to wrap around the corners, and we feel like we're coming in wrong. During illness the body rebels. It demands that we pay attention to everything that is unattended. We may have been pushing ourselves. Now our body is well nourished. Stop and listen to me, pleading. When we learn obedience and how to respond, a whole new life begins. Then pain and sickness become an opportunity for important change.

Learning to Listen

We usually listen only to our part. Some rejection. But no matter how hard we try, sooner or later we must confront it and face it head on.

Repeatedly rejecting something does not make it go away. In fact, it will always come back, just to get you accepted. Everything needs to be loved and accepted, including our illness and pain. The best way is to make friends and pain. The fighting intensifies. If we can relax for a while and explore it, more and more opportunities will arise. Natural healing is always available in all situations, but it can be stopped by fighting fear. When we let go, allow ourselves to talk about the pain, and listen to what it has to say, amazing changes can happen.

To do this, we just close our eyes, stop fighting, and ask our pain what it says to us, and what it needs from us right now? Then we are silent and listen deeply. The answer may not come immediately. Patience is required. As we do this process over and over again, the fear subsides and we begin to feel it.

Answers come in many forms. Others hear the answers from within. Some see images, others have dreams. We learn openness in all that comes and in this openness, we learn.

Exercise

Look at your illness or problem now. Visualize it and give it some form. What does it look like to you? Explain it or draw it. Now, look deeper into what the picture really means. What does this picture tell you about yourself and your life? Listen carefully.

Next, ask the picture any questions you may have and let them answer. (Ask what they want from you and what they will need to leave). See if you can give her what she needs.

This attitude is called friendship and pain. When we do this illness it is not an external and frightening thing. We can better understand what the real causes are.

For example, if we grieve for a long time and do not cry enough, our bodies may begin to cry because of the illness we are experiencing. If we feel that life is pointless, our bodies may begin to reflect this in terms of aging and death. If we cling to difficult situations, our bodies will carry their burden. Persistent continuous attitudes become wounds all over us.

Our state of mind is the message we give our body. Although we may not realize it, when we feel that life is a dirty war, we tell our bodies to be strong and ashamed all day long. Once we have begun the important work of commitment and changing our attitude, our whole body can begin to feel a continuous sense of relief rather than a feeling of uneasiness. We need to look at the basic attitudes we live in and ask ourselves if they promote our health, or do they contain the very seeds of pain?

In order to heal internally, it is important to manage these long patterns, identify them, and transform them into attitudes and patterns that produce well-being. Life comes with learning to say “yes” to everything we do, eager to hear it as it really is.
