In the changing mass, joint stiffness and pain problems become common. In such a situation, arthritis patients also suffer from increased joint pain. With the help of some major yoga has, there is relief in stiffness, pain and swelling in joints and muscles. Gomukhasana, Sethubandhasana, and Vriksasana can be done.
Gomukhasana
This asana is helpful in reducing pain from fingers to shoulder, neck, spine or hip joint.
Do like this:
While sitting in Sukhasana, keep the heel of the left foot near the right hip. Bringing the right leg over the left leg, sit in such a way that the knees of both the legs come on each other.
Bring the right hand from the head to the back. Taking the left hand from the elbow and turning it from the stomach, take it towards the back. Join both hands from behind. Stay in this state for some time and come to the initial state.
Keep in mind: If there is any difficulty in the shoulders, back, neck, hips or knees, do not do this asana.
Sethubandhasan
This posture especially gives strength to the hands in addition to the back and leg muscles.
Do this: Lie on your back and keep your hands equal to your waist and take a normal breath. Fold the legs from the knees and take the addons while moving the hands from below the waist. Keep the shoulders and neck on the ground and raise the waist and hips slowly. Take a normal breath while staying in this state for a while. Then return to the starting position.
Keep in mind: Do not exercise an empty stomach. Do not do it if you have had surgery related to stomach, waist or neck in the past.

From the head to the claws, the feeling of pain will be reduced due to the strengthening of all the muscles and good blood circulation.
Do like this:
Stand upright with a gap of two inches between the two legs. Focus on a point in front of the eyes. While exhaling, bend the right leg and place the claw on the inner thigh of the left leg. While exercising, keep in mind that the heel is joined to the base (the lowest chakra present in the body). While breathing, bring both hands up and join the palms together.
