On Friday afternoon, Xiaomi confirmed that the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+ will be released in India on March 9. For the past several days, Redmi India has been teasing the upcoming smartphones and has already confirmed the device's camera specifications. It has now been announced in a tweet that the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+ would be released in the second week of next month. The Note 11 and Note 11S have already been released in India, and the Pro variants are likely to add further capabilities to the lineup.

The Redmi Note 11 series was first released in China last year and then globally in last month. Because the Chinese varieties of the Xiaomi 11i series have already been released, the smartphone maker is most likely to bring the global editions to India. On the given day, the Redmi Note 11 Pro variants will be released at 12 p.m. The phones should be unveiled at an online event hosted by Redmi.
Redmi Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+ features, price
The Redmi Note 11 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection in the worldwide version. It is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G96 processor, 6GB/8GB RAM, and 64GB/128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. A microSD card can be used to enhance the capacity on each of these devices up to 1TB.
A 108-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro camera make up the phone's quad back camera. On the front, there's a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The phone has a 5,000mAh battery with 67W rapid charging capabilities. The Redmi Note 11 Pro comes with the MIUI 13 skin, which is based on Android 11.
The Pro+ variant should have comparable capabilities, but owing to the Snapdragon 695 chip, it will support 5G connectivity. This one's camera system will only have three sensors, with the depth sensor being omitted. Aside from that, the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ has the same specs as the Redmi Note 11 Pro.
Both of these phones should be placed above the Redmi Note 11S, which starts at Rs 16,499 and goes up from there. They should also be less expensive than the Xiaomi 11i, which costs Rs 24,999. The Redmi Note 11S comes in three distinct versions, the most basic of which starts at Rs 16,499 for 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. The version with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs 17,499, while the configuration with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs 18,499. Unfortunately, this is a 4G phone.
