Red Shirt ( How the parents fulfilled their son's wish)

In a village, there was a nuclear family. There were Father, mother & son in the family. They were poor. the father was farmer, The mother was homemaker & the son was a school going student about 7 0r 8 years. They used to lead a normal life, but they had a cow. They brought up the cow. There plan was they will sell the cow in upcoming Eid Festival so that they could earn some money. Normally the son didn't give pain to the parents for buying something as he understood his parents condition but One day the son wished to buy a red shirt. He asked a red shirt from his parents. The parents told him that in Eid program they will give him a red shirt. The boy said ok and waited for Eid. Then after some days before Eid, the father went to cow market to sell his cow & while going promised his son that he will come back with a red shirt. However he succeeded to sell the cow & got a handsome amount by selling the cow. Then happily he was returning home with the money & he was thinking he will buy a red shirt for his son & will do some others shopping. But suddenly a bad incident happened. Some snatchers attacked him. The father tried to run away but failed. The snatchers hurted the father & snatched all money. then the father came home with broken heart & in injured condition. The mother became shocked seeing that. She asked him what happened. The father shared the incident happened with him. The mother instantly cried thinking about their misfortune. That time their son was in school. The mother got worried thinking that after coming home the son will ask for the red shirt and they had no money that time to buy the shirt. what they would reply to their son. Then the mother got an idea. The son had a white shirt. Somehow there had some red colors in their home. the mother took the color with water in a pot & then mix the white shirt into the pot. While doing this, the mother was crying. Seeing all these, the father became astonished and asked her what she was doing? will you make our son fool? She replied that nothing to do, not finding any alternative without this. I can't break my beloved son's heart. Hearing the reply the father kept silent. However After sometimes the white shirt became red then the mother dried the shirt in sun. Then the son came from school & asked for red shirt. The parents gave him the red shirt. The son became very happy. He had worn the shirt & delighted with joy. The parents showed that they were happy also, but they were crying silently. As like the story, in real world parents do many things, do many sacrifices to make their child happy. So we should love and respect our parents. We should take care of them. We should not break their heart.
