It stated that the Sunni Waqf Board should receive five acres of land so they can erect a new mosque in lieu of the Babri Masjid.

Currently, however, plans are to build similar to those in the Middle East. In addition to the mosque, it has been decided to construct buildings such as a hospital and library.

The Indo-Islamic Cultural Foundation will oversee the project and the construction process. The Ayodhya Municipal Development Authority has submitted the maps for approval.
