This card sorting and ranking machine is designed for various types of smart cards that comply with ISO/IEC7816 regulations. As a card personalization machine, PTE-S5000 uses visual recognition systems, contact IC recognition, and noncontact IC recognition to read and recognize information on the card surface or inside the chip. The data identified by the card sorting machine is compared with the database memory data to determine the current card sequence number, enabling efficient card sorting and ranking.
If any smart cards fail inspection or are missing during the card sorting machine production, they will be replaced with specially crafted replacement identification cards. After each unit sorting is completed, a box sorting identification card will be inserted.
