You should probably see your healthcare provider every 5 weeks to the 27th week of pregnancy, and then every 2 weeks to 36 weeks of pregnancy. Then you will have an appointment every week until you give birth to your baby.

It is important to eat a healthy diet and refuse diet that harm for you and your baby. When a woman gets pregnant, eating junk food and cutting calories is not a good thing to harm their health. They will need to eat about 400 more calories a day to ensure that you and your baby are well nourished, especially as your pregnancy progresses. The value of calories may vary in woman as per their condition and health status. For thin women, and for pregnant women, you may need to eat more than 400 extra calories. When your eight increases then then you take in low quantity.

The mother must make sure that what she eats is nutritious. The diet which is nitrous have essential vitamins and minerals with the help of which a baby grow.

Although a healthy diet is important in taking care of your body during pregnancy. To take a specific quantity of fat, meats, fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low-fat dairy products are all important for maintaining good health.

Real, healthy food will give your body the nutrients it needs. At the same time, during pregnancy, certain essential nutrients are needed in higher doses than usual  i.e, calcium, iron, and folic acid are the basic things for the pregnant women. If the doctor may prescribe vitamin supplements, Vitamins, Iron and Folic acid for your diet. So you have to take regularly because it is best for you and your baby health.

 

On a regular basis, women need 1,000 mg of calcium a day, but during pregnancy, calcium intake should be increased to match the loss of calcium in your bones. You can find calcium in many food products, including low-fat dairy products such as milk, cheese, and yoghurt; orange juice, soy milk, and calcium-fortified grains; dark green vegetables like spinach, kale, and broccoli; and tofu, dried beans and almonds. These items are abundant in calcium.

 

A pregnant woman needs 30 to 40 mg of iron a day because the iron is used by the body to make hemoglobin, which helps the red blood cells to carry oxygen throughout the body. Your body blood have a specific HB (Hemoglobin). The deficiency in HB causes a deficiency of red blood cells, which means that the body's tissues and organs cannot get proper oxygen. As the baby grow women need to pay close attention to their iron HB.

 

Iron is found in both plants and animals, but the body can easily absorb it from body sources. The following are some foods that are high in iron: red meat, black chicken, salmon, eggs, tofu, rich cereals, dried beans and peas, dried fruits, green vegetables, blackstrap molasses, and iron breakfast cereals.

 

As we know folate (folic acid) is a basic unit of a pregnant woman. For a pregnant woman, or those planning a pregnancy, it is recommended that you take 0.5 mg of folic acid on daily basis. Often women prefer to supplement their diet with more vitamins than any other folic acid foods in their diet. So a balanced food is essential for them.

 

It has been found that taking folic acid 1 month before and during the first 3 months of pregnancy reduces the risk of neural tube defects by 70%, which is why it is considered very important. In the first 35 days of pregnancy the neural tube forms when a woman realizes she is pregnant, and eventually grows into a baby brain and spinal cord. Lack of adequate nutrition, especially folic acid deficiency, can cause neural tube defects such as spinal bifida.

To stay healthy during pregnancy you need to drink plenty of water and fluids. At the time of pregnancy the blood volume increases, so need to be drink more water .Its avoid dehydration and constipation.

Exercise is important for every pregnancy. You need to walk and exercise a little to stay strong and healthy with your baby. You cannot stop your physical activity at the time of your pregnancy. During pregnancy, regular exercise prevents obesity, reduces problems such as back pain, inflammation, and constipation, improves sleep, increases energy, improves mood, prepares your body for childbirth and reduces the recovery time after giving birth.

Following a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, exercising, and drinking plenty of fluids and juices are all important to your overall well-being during pregnancy. If you strive to eat nutritious food and maintain a positive attitude during your pregnancy the results and timing of delivery will be bright and satisfying.
