OUR COUNTRY, INDIA (ESSAY 450 words)
Bharat Shiva, Parvati, Krishna, Hanuman, Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi, Swami Vivekananda, and Kabir are among the Mahatmas who lived in my country. This is a place where great individuals are born and great things are accomplished. I adore and honor my country. It is known for having the world's largest democracy and the world's oldest civilization. It's is the world's second most populated country after China. This is a country where people of all religions and cultures coexist peacefully. This is the nation of great warriors such as Rana Pratap, Lal Bahadur, Jawaharlal Nehru, Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel, Subhash Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh, and LalaLajpat RAI, to name a few. All the country's great leaders came from the villages and led the country forward. Those people fought for many years and liberated the country from the British rule.
This is a prosperous country where great people were born in the field of literature, art and science like Ravindranath Tagore, Sara Chandra, Premchand, C.V Raman, Jagdish Chandra Bose, Abdul Kalam, KabirDas etc. Such a great people of India have appreciated the country. That is a country where the regular river and ocean flows like Ganga, Yamuna, Godavari, Narmada, Brahmaputra, Krishna, Kaveri, Bay of Bengal, Arabic Sea etc. This is a beautiful country surrounded by oceans from three sides. Thisis a country where people are intellectual and spiritual, they also trust in gods.
India is the land of Lord Shiva and Lord Krishna, the Buddha's and Mahatma Gandhi's dreams, and the birthplace of temples and mosques. First and foremost, thinking is of India. My motherland, India, is one of my favorite places on the planet. This is a country where people of many castes, creeds, faiths, and civilizations coexist and speak a variety of languages. That is for this reason that India is known as a "Unity in Diversity" country.
Spirituality, philosophy, science, and technology are all well-known in India, people of diverse religions such as Hindus, Muslims, Jain, Sikhs, Buddha, and Christians coexist in every corner of the nation. It is also known for agriculture and farming, which are the backbones of the economy.
It is rich in monuments, tombs, churches, historical places of architecture, etc. are the source of income to it. India is a place where Taj Mahal, Fatehpur Sikri, the golden temple, Qutab Minar, Red fort, Ooty, Nilgiris, Kashmir, Khajuraho, Ajanta and Elora caves, etc. are wonders exist in the country. It is the country of great rivers, mountains, valleys, lakes, and oceans. Hindi is the national language of India. In India there are 29 states and 7 union territories, in 29 states there are many small villages and cities. The agricultural land mostly produces sugarcane, cotton, jute, rice, wheat, cereals, and many other crops. There is much diversity among the people of India. We speak different languages, worship many gods and yet we all have the same spirit of India, we are running through all parts of our country binding us together. We have great unity in diversity, it is the country where diversity exists with strong unity and peace.
