Greetings to all the seekers of good health!
We are hearing in the news that there is danger due to new variant of covid virus. Everyone is worried that it will affect India as it affects other countries. Today, let me tell you who will be in danger and who will not be in danger with Corona.
I also want to let you know that the 4th wave will come and go without causing any harm. You don't need to worry that we Indians are at risk like other nations. There are many reasons for this.
Currently, the BF7 Omicron variant is shaking China. This variant entered India in October itself. It's been 3 months since October and the virus hasn't done anything to us. Antibodies that bind this virus are already present in our body. This variant has already entered India in October. We have not followed social distancing and sanitization for these 3 months. The government has also relaxed all the rules and regulations of covid. Even then covid infections did not rise much.
But since December 7 in China, Covid rules have been relaxed. BF7 Omicron spread very fast in these 7 days in China. But it has not increased at all in our country. There are no more than 150 cases of BF7 Omicron in our country. The number of cases is likely to increase in the months of January and February. This information is given by experts and doctors. People gather a lot for Christmas, Sankranthi in the end of December and January. Many people come to India from abroad in the month of December.
The virus somehow got into India. Christmas is over, but still the virus has not spread. This is a proof that BF 7 does nothing to us Indians. Even if the virus enters the body in people with good immunity and who have received 3 vaccines, it stays only in the nose and throat. This is because the body has sufficient number of antibodies to boost immunity And also that the immune system of Indians is generally strong. The virus dies as soon as it enters the throat. It does not enter the lungs and cause infection, it is killed before that.
And, even if you get infected in January and February, they don't have any symptoms. The infection will subside without any symptoms. The infection stays in the throat and mouth and does not reach the lungs. This is what doctors and experts have to say about the new variant.
Now let me tell you who will be at risk from the BF 7 Omicron variant. I will tell you who should be alert in the months of January and February, when the cases are high.
- High blood sugar in diabetics weakens the immune system. Because of this, the virus can enter the lungs through the throat and mouth.
- Some people have autoimmune disorders and their immune system works in wrong way. They also have chances of BF7 omicron virus entering the lungs.
- In some, the lungs are weak, and phlegm and mucus build up. They suffer from bronchitis and many other lung infections. The medicines they take weaken the immune system.
- Generally, elderly people above 65 years of age have a weakened immune system. This keeps the virus from getting killed in the nose and throat. Therefore, elderly people are more likely to get the virus in their lungs. So old people should not enter crowds, keep themselves safe by taking precautions. Infection can become dangerous in them.
- Some people have a very weak immune system and often get fever and cold. In people with weakened immune systems, the virus is more likely to enter the lungs.
There are New year celebrations and many other in January. So, people of these five categories should take care when going in a crowd. They should wear masks, practice social distancing and sanitize themselves. If they do not take these precautions the virus can enter the lungs and cause danger. That doesn't mean other people shouldn't take care. If everyone takes proper precautions, there will be no symptoms like cold and fever. Sufficient antibodies are developed in the body
So if proper precautions are taken, BF7 variant will not cause any harm. The 4th wave virus will not cause any trouble to Indians like it does to others. It is possible to get rid of the virus completely in some time
