Hello Friends,Obesity is the root cause of all diseases ,very easy to gain weight and very hard to reduce the weight , i am sharing my personal view that obese person cant walk five to ten kilometers per day nor he can run, today biatric surgery and cost is on booming so high . Today life style or you can eating habbit is very poor, all age group people are fond of eating food out or consuming junk food , drinking bevarages ,alcohol , timing of food is not fixed , eating fried , spicy ,nonveg etc .This unhealthy life style has obesity epidemic , see today children they are gaining weight , short height ,no activity . As i said obesity is the root cause of all diseses is correct if you look around how many persos dies due to heart stroke and in which age , cancer is also increasing, knee replacement is increasig, openheart surgery is icreasing and many more health issues due to obesity . I t has become fashion today that which car ,mobile , laptop to be taken in future but o thought comes in mind what to do for health .I am sharig my personal health i am one of obese whos weight 120 kg very upset as cant get clothes , cant run even cant walk having so many health ailment ,twice got CAD , in right leg acute swelling , having BP , i am not happy with this health so i want to tell others take care of your health nothing is so important than your health .
Obesity is the mother of all diseases this is alarm be careful try to avoid junk food , alcohol, bevrages , try to take green vegetables ,salad , soups, fruits .stop eating popcorn,chocolates,sweet candies,sweets , pizza, burgur,non veg ,momos,pasta ,maggi avoid products maid of maida , bakery items, canned food ,packed food,oily , spicy etc .
Today medical expenditure is very high, in some countries government looks after the citizens but that does not mean you wont care health , health is yours ,when person is admitted in hospital he has to cry none else ,take care before it get delay . This is my personal health issue which i have shared and given my opinion .
