How did the friends got in the Mysterious Jungle

Mia was just a 14 years old studying in 10th grade, she was not much good at her studying, just an average student. She likes to read and watch fantasy movies. Mia had 4 friends -  Josh, Emma, Juliet and Lucas. Josh was a skater boy, Juliet was obsessed with makeup and fashion, Emma was Mia's best friend and a really creative and Lucas liked music 'and' also he was really good at studies. One day she was out with her friends to watch a horror movie -"THE LAST MEAL" after the movie they went to a restaurant, while waiting for the dish Mia said- "I'm starving!...why the waiters are so slow, Juliet-"Look the old cat is starving". Mia-"Hey I'm not an old cat you pig!", Juliet-"Sorry I'm not your mirror! " How dare you" said Mia....,"There we go again" said Josh. While walking home, Juliet told that she's bored and want something interesting to do, Josh said that he heard voices coming from the school's basement and was curious. Mia - "should we go and explore what's up with the basement?", Emma-"Why not!", Lucas -"How about tomorrow?", Mia-"Sure". Next day they went to their school's basement 'and' they found a mysterious giant golden box, as they opened it a flash of light came 'and' they all teleported into a jungle. Mia -"What's this place", Juliet-"I don't know 'but' it looks scary" As they moved forward they saw that a little creature was stuck in a spider web and a giant spider was going to eat him. Mia ran to him and managed to free that creature 'but' her leg stuck into the web, Emma distracted the spider and Lucas quickly free Mia 'and' then they all ran. And reached a cave. They started to explore, 'but' then they saw many dead bodies. They all screamed and ran as fast as they could and got out of the cave, then they heard something from the bushes and two soldiers popped out. Both looked normal. They asked then what were they doing in this restricted area. Mia told that they found many dead bodies in a cave. The soldiers told them that there was no cave in this jungle and most of the people have gone missing here. One of the soldiers dropped them to their house and warned them not to go there again. They were all shocked 'and' they tried to tell the police 'but' nobody believed them. After some days they went to their school and asked their teacher about the basement and that mysterious golden box 'but' the teacher said that there is no basement in the school 'and' when the 5 students went again that way they were shocked that there was no door. Josh tried to tell his teacher, 'but' she thought it was just a prank. Just as the teacher went home, she saw a golden box in her bedroom. As she opened it, she teleported to the same jungle.
