How Social Media is misused?

Misuse of social media is one of the most common bad habits in the world today and, it could be used as a weapon against society in this present century. It has become a common practice among young people to show concern for their interests on such sites as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., which was a necessity. Many of these young individuals do not use social media to enhance their knowledge but, as an escape from reality. They also find easy access to information from their peers and peers who are far away from them. They feel they can get answers about everything right away with only a click of the button or tap on the link provided on any site, hence they keep chatting around and thinking that they know everything. Getting answers or solutions is just half the battle, but with too much social media exposure and being active in many social forums, most students end up doing very little research because all they know is how to connect and find information on whatever topic they are interested in. This often leads them into the wrong path of work and more importantly, towards negativity in life. The negative side is being able to attract attention and followers just by typing or liking something you see in your content. So what kind of person would sit around in front of their computer screen? Do they have enough willpower to resist the temptation of spending some amount of time on the internet each day, knowing that the next “hits” will give them the satisfaction of success? Does the constant scrolling in search of updates to friends and family make their life even worse?

Social media can cause problems for our health. These times when we think that we have got so much time, we should take care of it wisely. We need to give our best without wasting any single moment of the day. That will help us to achieve good results both at home and in school. Spending as much time as possible with yourself will go a long way in enhancing your self-worth and confidence. To limit distractions or keep yourself focused on your goal, try to remain conscious and aware of your surroundings. If there is no particular task the next minute, stay away from that place where you are supposed to focus. Focus on tasks that you need to complete and set your calendar aside for later. You must be sure that you don't need to check Facebook or Instagram as soon as you finish your class or start your homework. Keep a clear schedule with yourself and write out all the things that are needed to accomplish tomorrow so, you don't forget anything. This will help you stay organized and avoid procrastination. Remember to use multiple tabs and switch the pages to different topics if someone has posted about a certain event you're interested in. It might seem small things but, it can contribute to your progress on the course you are taking right now. Not every person likes to watch or read news on a particular topic, but social media makes it very convenient. Make sure that if any significant events happen shortly, then you have got enough time for details about it so that when you want to go through the same information again this time around, you can easily find it. Try to study less, enjoy life, and do better without putting extra effort into unnecessary things. You can always check Facebook and ask anyone how they are. Ask them how they are currently doing. Look at everyone's comments and what kind of people they've helped, and also look at the pictures you've taken of loved ones. There are a few ways to live if you only have seconds to live at the moment

You can always keep a notebook in your bag. By writing all kinds of notes while going to classes or doing homework or in between. Write down all the fun activities you had done during the break-up party of the year before. Write down funny stories you wrote yourself, so when people read them, your story will come alive through their eyes. Share pictures with your friend and make comments about what has happened. Go out. Take photos and post them wherever. If anyone shares your picture, comment on his/her post and make comments yourself. Always remember that when you get back home, don't be the guy of the house or the girl in the group photos of the night before. Nowadays, it becomes necessary to follow the rules of keeping our lives organized. But if you want to get your life together without making your life harder, then try to be calm. Don't stress yourself unnecessarily or overthink things, instead of just letting the chaos of the situation pass you by. Be patient rather than angry. Permit yourself to be frustrated as well, and let yourself smile when you can't believe everything you see on the social feed. Sometimes all the hard work pays off. Work hard so that you have a good chance to get everything sorted out. Life gives us what we need on its terms. Use this gracefully with others and respect yourself. When you have time, do it, and don't lose hope.
