Meet the Elon Musk watch that tells him the time of Mars and Earth
The Behrens B025 MARS - Project ONE is a one of a kind design.
In 2021, human civilization landed several exploring expeditions on Martian soil, and it's believed that the man reaching the red planet isn't a matter of "if", but rather "when" will the humans will set foot for the first time in Mars.
Elon Musk, one of the leading moguls offering space travel, both business and leisure, has been vocal about his space explorations endeavors and thinks that we'll soon be able to travel to Mars.
The Behrens B025 MARS - Project ONE design
Behrens started this watch from scarth, just with the objective of showing both planet's time simultaneously. Besides showing the actual time of the Earth and Mars, it also has the different time zones that each planet has.
24 hours equal a day in the Earth, but in Mars a day takes longer to complete, that's why there are 24 hours and 37 minutes per day. The clock marks Mars' time on a 24-hour numeration, and the clock adds automatically the 37 minutes throughout the day."The uniqueness of this model is that time in 'Hours' & 'Minutes' are displayed by 4 rollers system (for Earth & MARS Hours & Minutes) driven by the intergraded mechanical module", is how Behrens describes it.
The MARS Project ONE is a $9,000 Watch That Tells The Time on Earth and Mars: The $9,125 MARS Project ONE Dual Time Zone Watch from Behrens tells the time simultaneously in two different time zones: one on Earth and one on Mars. You know, because it’s…
According to atomic clock tracking, the Earth took just under 24 hours to spin on June 29, 2022, exactly 1.59 milliseconds under 24 hours, making it the shortest day in recent recorded history.
The universe emits light or energy in many different forms. This object is, in fact, a pair: a white dwarf star that steadily burns at a relatively cool temperature and a highly variable red giant. Image Credit: X-ray: NASA/CXC/SAO; Palomar Observatory, DSS; Radio: NSF/NRAO/VLA;
Pulsars were first discovered in 1967 and today scientists know of over 2,000 of them! PSR J1509-5850, the bright blue-white spot in the center of this image, has a tail more than 30 light-years long and it's producing an outflow of particles in a different direction.🌠
