Traditionally,meditation is strongly connected to religion,meditation word comes from Latin word "meditari".which means including to reflect on" to study and practice".In christian society,meditation is form of prayer in which attempt is made to become aware of and reflect upon the revelation of God. christian meditation thinks to personal relationship based on the God.

In other word meditation mean Meditation is an act of remaining in a silent and calm state for a period of time as part of a religious training or so that you are more able to deal with the problems of everyday life.it is act of thinking about something very carefully and deeply for a long time.

meditation gives peace and quiet against the stresses of everyday life and opens the door to the deepest and divine part of ourselves. without peace in mind there are not success in any work as meditation is most powerful weapon to make mind peaceful.

meditation is an approach to training the mind,similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body but many meditation technique how to learn meditate?

In general,the easiest way to begin meditating is by focusing mainly on breathincoming and ougoing process.it concentrate only breath in mind.

concentration meditation involves focusing on a single point.this could focus on the breath,repeating a single word or mantra ,staring at a candle flame,listening to a repetative calm sound or counting beedson a mala.since focusing the mind is challenging a beginner might meditate for only a few minutes and then work up to longer duration.

In this form of meditation,you simply refocus your awareness on the chosen object of attention each time you notice your mind wandering.through this process ,your ability to concentrate improves your mind.mainly student also need concentration mind so mainly student necessary need meditation. there are many meditation place in everywhere,if you need meditation you  go to that place and practice it.
